“If there was an option for 10 stars I would!!! I cannot rave about Botzon’s enough. They are truly great mechanics, with an immaculate expertise, trustworthy reliable service, honest service, and fair affordable prices. (Additionally, just out of them being awesome, they’ve also repaired my cornering light, and given me a new key fob battery for free before!) My 2013 VW is in great shape because of these folks, and even if other mechanics are less out of the way, or cheaper, I refuse to get my care taken care of by anyone else! These folks just do an amazing job, they are also pretty darn good about answering the phones, and whenever I’ve asked for a rough price estimate over the phone when scheduling, it’s always a good price, and pretty darn accurate and quick. Thank you Botzon’s for being such an amazing crew, we need more mechanics like you folks, but that’s a far too lofty goal to aspire to!!!Services: Electrical repair”

“I was having some battery issues after getting a new one a few months ago. The service tech at the place I purchased it from didn't have the tools to figure out the issue due to their limitations. He recommended I take it out to their "full service" location in the valley. It turns out the new manager is the service mechanic who's been working on my vehicle for years now. They were able to conclude what was going on and get me on my way. He has a great team of people out there, and they work well together! I would definitely recommend them for your repair needs. They are reasonably priced and do quick, quality work! Thanks to Josh and his awesome team!”

“I called about a problem with my Ram Promaster. Found out the only ones that could probably help me were Dodge dealerships. BUT a mechanic working there used to work for Dodge and looked up my issue and gave me a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) number that applied specifically to my problem. WOW! Dodge dealerships only want to schedule me for 2-3 weeks out before even talking to me! This information is critical to getting what I needed done at a Dodge dealership. WOW WOW WOW. Thanks. “7 Jan, my partner and I came in for an oil change. The first time I went to Spokane Quick Lube, I had a bad experience with the techs there, even being called an idiot on my way out. So I’m always ill at ease when going to get my vehicle serviced.The folks at the Valvoline on Argonne were fantastically kind, explained things well, and gave off professional energy. I didn’t notice everyones names, but Sterling greeted us and Ashton handled our payment. Thanks for being warm on a cold and snowy day!”

“I brought my car in to NW Automotive when the check engine light came on and the car was riding rough. It didn't feel safe enough to drive to a free check store like AutoZone, so I opted to go straight to a mechanic. I had never been in before. The gentleman who helped me, Steve, was very friendly and welcoming. His colleague, Jim, worked on my car. I expected to be waiting several days, having been told they were booked quite a ways up, but to my surprise I got a call the next day with a diagnostic and a fair quote. I asked them to proceed with repairs. That night they called back and said my car was good to go! Car services are so dependent on what's going on with it, so who knows if my car will be repaired so promptly in the future, but I will be taking it back to NW Auto for their friendly service, clear communication, and fair prices.
