Mis-information given. Lost my phone & therefore my number too. So, I had to get new one. Number that is. Why?? Plus, $35 to get new simcard, mail would have taken 7-8 days.
Just spent over an hour signing up and never got the emails I was supposed to. I chatted with someone who then said my order didn’t exist so I chatted with someone else that decided to not listen at all and try to sell me other things. I already regret it. Worst customer service ever!!!
