“I didn’t get the name of the man who helped me tow my truck but he was the best. My truck suspension busted and my truck was sitting on top of the tire laid sideways on the ground. The tow truck man was very polite and went out of his way to get my truck towed without any extra damages. He even explained his thought process along the way and was very accommodating. He is the man!”

She gave me a realistic time frame for assistance and was able to explain the whole process from top to bottom. “I want to say thanks to Jacob for keeping me informed along the way during the extended time it took to tow my truck to the shop for repairs. I was needing a tow on a Monday morning and I was fortunately not in an accident, just unable to drive further with outcausing more damage to my truck, and needed a tow to the shop. After first est. of arrival time went by without word i called Lilac City Towing and inquired where the driver might be. I got a call minutes later and he said he had been called off to an emergency rollover accident. Ok no problem, i thought let me know when your on your way. 2 hrs later he says he's done with that call and on his way 20mins away. 15mins later i get a call says he's been called away a 2nd time and now it will be another 1hour. 2 hours later he has picked up my truck and dropped it off for my mechanic 15mins before closing time at 4:45pm. Glad my truck is at the shop, I'm a satisfied customer, but getting towed takes patience!”
