“Took my diesel f250 2012 in because the a/c was not blowing cold. Usually with a/c and diesel I assume the worst and was expecting thousands of dollars for a repair estimates. They diagnosed and found a leak at a valve and recharged the system. Now I have to bring it bacl to male sure there are no additional leaks of course, but I really appreciate their honesty. A/c repair is easy to justify replacing a bunch of parts so I really really appreciate being able to take this approach and minimize costs. Great service, great people. Will be bringing my truck here again. Won't name names, but much netter service and value than a certain truck manufacturer and sales group they are located near. You can also talk to an actual person as opposed to having to text message with a service advisor while trying to interpret Gen Z texting.”

“I was told the wait would be 45 mins to an hour. Jerry showed up in 30 minutes, was so helpful, even in my state of panic. He took the time to let us know which repair shops were trustworthy. He also have me a few other tow company's that he trusts along the rest of my 300+ mile trip.”

“I heard a noise in the front end and I took it in to get checked. They did a test drive and didn't find anything wrong with it. I've worked with Rico the manager for many years at other Divine's locations. Wes At the front calendar was helpful and knowledgeable. He said to bring it back in If I continue to hear the noise.”

“I received a call from a friend who owns a local transport company. One of his drivers was towing a trailer with three vehicles on it when the trailer rolled and came to rest, partially blocking a state highway. I had used Northwest Towing in the past and knew they should be my first call. I described the situation and sent a few photos to the driver/dispatcher. They arrived on the scene within 30 minutes. They quickly and safely began work to release two of the vehicles from the trailer. Once the cargo was safely disconnected, the trailer was uprighted and moved off the roadway. The two remaining vehicles were then uprighted and moved safely off the roadway and traffic was quickly back to normal. The courtesy, professionalism, and affordability I have received from Northwest Towing are unlike any of the other tow companies in town. They are the only company in the area that I trust with my vehicles. They treat you and your car like family.”

“Under the circumstances it was an absolute pleasure working with both Robert and Ms. Brandy. The location of the accident was in “The bad side of town” so Robert dropped me off at the Enterprise car rental facility, something he did on his own dime. Ms. Brandy informed me all that was necessary steps in getting my truck from their lot to the body shop This couple deserves all the consideration's when one needs the best help in getting everything done. Hats off!!!”

“Tracy at A Pro was incredibly kind to me when my husband got into an accident and our truck was towed there. She helped me navigate how the process was going to go and what the next steps were. We ended up in a weird situation and needed our damaged truck towed to our house too and they were kind, punctual and very reasonable in price. They treated me with so much respect and kindness, I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience with them.”

“I think I reviewed this place before, but I’m drunk off of the same beer I bought from this place a little while ago. There was a cashier here, forget her name, but she helped through a really rough breakup. Even though she might not realize it.I asked her for advice one night, considering the relationship at the time… she gave it so freely and I am so grateful.Random cashier, I hope you know how wonderful you are.She had some poignant advice that I really took to heart. I think she had blue dyed hair at the time. Long gone from Spokane since then, but if this ever reaches the right person, may god bless you if that’s what’s you believe in or w/ ever. 5 stars”

“Rich came to tow us when we had a breakdown late Saturday night, Labor Day weekend. Off to a great start! Then he identified and addressed the breakdown issue, a broken axle, since no shops were going to be open the next two days. We were off and driving again the day following the breakdown. Absolutely clutch and knowledgeable gentleman. HIGHLY recommend!”
