Why do I have to call an 800 number? why cant I just call my local post office and talk to a local person who can actually answer my question.

Called the listed number on USPS website and it wasn't in service. All I needed was a key for my mail box. Guess who will never get their mail? Me. Called the general number on the USPS website, no talking to a person there. I work 8 to 5 daily.

The gentleman who now runs this location is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude! Shipped a package internationally and it was too easy. Will be back for all my shipping needs! Thank you for the great service.
