“All around great experience! Delivery was estimated 7-10 days but made it in 7. The driver (Philip) was very kind and professional, and took good care of the car, as it had no new damage when it was delivered. Communication was thorough throughout pickup, transport, and final delivery, both by Philip and Viktoria. Had a lot of concerns about auto transport going in, but they got the job done right and gave me peace of mind. It’s really rare nowadays to find this level of service quality and you can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely recommending to anyone who needs it!”

“Literally can't say enough good things about this company, from day 1 Old Dominion Freight has been so courteous and efficient. Every time I can, I get connected right to a rep who speaks clearly, is polite, and gets me the answers I need. They are significantly cheaper than the competitors and go above and beyond their service quoted! You'd be crazy to pick someone else. They got our shipment to its destination 1600+ miles away on the first day available in their delivery window, nothing was broken inside, and all the staff we interacted with in both Washington and Wisconsin were so great!!
