“All around great experience! Delivery was estimated 7-10 days but made it in 7. The driver (Philip) was very kind and professional, and took good care of the car, as it had no new damage when it was delivered. Communication was thorough throughout pickup, transport, and final delivery, both by Philip and Viktoria. Had a lot of concerns about auto transport going in, but they got the job done right and gave me peace of mind. It’s really rare nowadays to find this level of service quality and you can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely recommending to anyone who needs it!”

I had a very difficult time using a return label and it didn’t show up on my IPad so I was going to leave but no one was in the store at the time and they got into my emails to try to retrieve the label. I am a little disturbed about the prices for my personal shipping and I wish the employees were a little friendlier. They’re typically pretty grumpy when I go there, but they are very knowledgeable and helpful so I guess I’ll deal with it.”
