Valley vet was kind enough to squeeze us into their already full schedule to discuss a surgery that was recommended to us by other vets. Feeling like we had no other option - the doctor took time to explain the surgery to me in depth and what other options were available beyond what we have already tried. Not only did the doctor save us from spending thousands on a surgery but he also provided me with a wealth of information that other vets didn’t provide. I left feeling like the doctor truely had my baby’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend their facility!”

“We sent our dog to K9 Country Club's board and train program and I am beyond happy with the outcome. Nick, Cody, and Jessie all took great care of us and our concerns during our dogs time there.

Our dog Rocket, is a mini heeler, we have had heelers before, but we were having a hard time training this one. He is stubborn and extremely vocal. We were not enjoying our time with our 1 year old puppy. All of our home efforts of training were unsuccessful. Nick and Cody spotted all of Rocket's bad habits during his evaluation, they described him to a tee, I felt like they did understand him. They told us it would be about 3 weeks of board and train, we were excited and had hope. After the first week, we brought Rocket home for the weekend and we could already see the difference! They ended up only needing 2 weeks to complete his training and he is like a brand new dog, a happier dog and we are a happier family for it! They took the time to teach us how to communicate effectively with Rocket. They took time to tell us in detail how they worked with him, using balanced training, correction and reward. They made sure we were confident on how to follow through with what our pup learned and even continue with follow up appointments to make sure we are confident moving forward.

“I wasn’t happy to find out that online prices didn’t match up to the store price. I’m 5 foot my dog is a mastiff pit bull and getting him in the “bath” wasn’t to hard the worst part was trying to wash my dog as he towered over me.”

“If you have a pet that hasn't been to the vet because you don't have a carrier, or a car, or they really hate going to the vet, or you're just busy, or even if you can't afford it, Call this wonderful man. He will work with you. He doesn't charge exorbitant fees for unnecessary tests. He gives animals the care they need, because that's who he is. Call him ASAP. Don't delay. It is the greatest regret in my life I didn't call him sooner. I could have focused on spending more time with my baby. And I could have had more compassion for what she was going through. ? But at the very least, she didn't have to suffer any longer, because this brilliant man works on Sundays. I was so desperate to get her help, and so grateful he came. Be helpful and efficient with him, he is a very busy man. He works hard helping other people's animals, just like yours.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I could put some peace of mind for some pawrents bringing their dogs to this vet.
I brought my dog to get a dental cleaning. At first I was nervous because I didn’t get many instructions and didn’t have a pre assessment to check in his teeth with the vet.

I even thought about canceling the appointment because I had many concerns but I knew my dog’s dental health was important so we went with it.

This is not like other veterinary clinics, this place is BUSY BUSY! You don’t see the vet because of how busy they are so your contact will be the front desk ladies doing the face to face work with clients.

Drop off is hectic. We arrived at 7:30am and it was already very busy. I am not sure why most reviews here say the front staff is rude? I had a pleasant experience with the employee that helped me check in and she even went over the paperwork I was filling in and explained what will happen to my dog during his stay.
I was lucky he only needed a standard dental cleaning and no extractions were done so by 3pm he was ready for pick up and had a very speedy recovery from the anesthesia.
When I picked him up again the front desk was very nice and even helped me schedule an appointment for my other dog.
I think most of the bad reviews regarding the front desk is because these ladies ARE BUSY and multitasking. Both morning and afternoon when I arrived to the clinic there was at least 4 people in line and from what I could see it was only 3 front desk staff?

Overall I was very pleased with my experience, the price was extremely affordable and they even called me the next day to check up on my dog to make sure he was on the path to recovery.”

“This vet clinic went above and beyond for my kitty, I was so nervous taking him to anyone because he had to go under for a tooth extraction but he bounced back so fast the vet did such a great job and he’s already playing and active and it’s only been a day. I would highly recommend them!
