“I personally love Duluth Trading Company. 95% of my clothes are from them. Shirts, pants, underwear & socks. Top quality products. Been going here for years. My only complaint is. It's so hard to find 28 inseam pants. I do find them, just have to shop both the store and online. Still always worth it.”

I do have to update this review because I had a very unpleasant experience with Lena. She was argumentative and rude, not only with me, but to her manager as well in front of customers.”
“I am on a grand search for the perfect sandal. So far I have returned two pair.
I want to compliment the clerks as they have cheerfully credited by account on a weekly basis! Customer Service is not dead. Following up on that statement, I was shopping with a friend who was being helped by a young lady named Alicia (sp?). She was friendly, knowledgeable & went above & beyond in helping my friend pair pieces in store, checking to see if things were available online & going on an extensive search for skorts for a little girl in California. Great service- Alicia knocked it out of the park today. Look her up when you visit”
“My husband and I buy most of our clothes from Buckle, and we just want to recognize Ashley. She’s helped us numerous times over the years. Both my husband and I have worked in customer service, and Ashley is the epitome of what excellent customer service should be. She always has a smile, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure we have the right fit and style. She’s even ordered things online for us, and called other stores to make sure they put a hold on items her store not have at the time. She’s amazing in so many ways, and our favorite employee/manager! Hold on to her Buckle!”
“I absolutely love love love going here!They always have great prices that are so affordable. Added bonus is their special sales they have throughout the year like the quarter sale or the dollar sale or the $5 jeans sale are absolutely must go see sales. It is incredible the quality of products are able to put out for those prices. But best of all is I can turn in mine and my daughter's previously owned clothes so we can get some new ones. Now that's always a win for my wallet:)”

“This is a small store but it's got a long history here. The prices were almost half the competitions near by. One of my favorites for adult shopping needs. The store was closely maintained by a friendly clerk that knew when to be helpful and when to just let us look around freely. I have friends that used to come here over 30 years ago when there was more than just novelties to be bought! The store has adapted with time well and I hope it is still around for many more years.”
“I flew in from Houston to go on a fishing trip. I brought my Bailey 10x silverbelly along and got blood on it(big surprise ?). Nevertheless, I love my hat and only trust the place I got it at in TX to clean, reshape , etc. But I wasn't going to wait 2 days to try and get it cleaned at that place and hope the blood came out. I stopped at the bootbarn on Sprague, and a younger guy came up and asked if I needed help. I told him my issue and he said no problem. I, on the other hand, had my nerves rattled by his confidence. He did awesome. Not only did he get the blood out, but he made sure it was completely clean and dry. I didn't get his name but I hope he see this and knows he made this cowboy hat perfect again.”

“I've been going to AE+Aerie for a while now and Everytime they are very friendly, patient, and ask questions without being pushy! Tomijo & Tiffany helped me out when I was going on my lunch break to do a quick shopping haul. I gathered clothes and asked for a fitting room. Tiffany helped with getting me one asap! Tomijo helped by checking me out quickly as well. Both working in different areas and both exceeded my expectations! I'll keep coming back for sure ?”
“Seemed like the store was a little bare when we walked in, but we were able to find everything we wanted. Seemed short staffed, had to wait for someone to open the restroom door, a minor inconvenience. Convient parking.”

“I love this shop. Such cute items.But I went to shop there the other day....and they are gone. As in, closed, and the place was empty.No notices, nothing. The Valley really needs more great shops for clothing.”
