“I had not purchased new breast prosthetics in 11 years because I hate shopping for them; kind of like shopping for jeans and bras. IYKYK. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere is comfortable and safe. I bought new prosthetics, bras and a wig. Shopping at the boutique was fun. The photo is me with my new wig.”

“Loved this shop! Realistic pricing for gently used designer clothes. The ladies that work here are lovely, especially Asia. She helped me navigate wide leg pants when i was unsure. She was attentive without hovering and very friendly. This will be on my Spokane list now!”

“What an amazing little spot! We stumbled upon this place by accident, and it was such a cool store. I was stunned at how great all of the items inside were. I went in looking for a purse, and there were several brand name options. I also found this super cool rocking horse. It was in pristine condition. I highly recommend this spot. Great thrift items and supporting a great cause.”

“I dont know who that service assistant was today at this vans location, but my man handling the shoe section while I was deciding on a new pair was one of the most helpful people I have had a transactional interaction with in quite a while.

“Montego Bay Tanning company is a clean and friendly facility. Their prices are fair and they make you feel welcome. The only reason I didn't rate five stars is because I wish they had more tanning bed options to choose from.”

We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!”

“Im an outdoors dog. A disabled veteran that is un-housed. I've preferred a lot of 5.11 gear over the past 10+ years. I chose this store to re-gear every 18 months because its close to my AO and 5.11 won't mail to a P.O. box. My last re-gear was good and some of what I bought is still serviceable in spite of 18 months in the field. This store needs some work on keeping sizes well stocked but when I re-geared this time Troy was on point. This man knows his store and the inventory there-in. He saw that I was wearing and carrying a lot of 5.11 gear and apparel and just listened to me and what I was looking for. NICE! I love that.
So, work on keeping your sizes in stock and your employees will do the rest! This is a good store. Though I've put 5.11 gear to my ultimate test and I've walked their boots literally into the ground, 5.11 gear has never failed me so far, that's why I keep coming back and so should you.
One last statement, I had issues with something that I bought and in the same day, without question, Troy made it right.
That says it all.”
