“I took my mom here after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. What a wonderful place in our community! The staff was so kind and friendly and patient. They had a large, high quality selection. It was fun to get out with my mom and have a "normal" day of shopping. We haven't had too many normal days lately. Highly recommend anyone looking for a little mood boost after a hard diagnosis. “Store is located in a coveted downtown location but I don’t think the space is used to its full potential. The corner windows marked at a busy intersection would be a great place for a living/dining room holiday display with more of Anthropologies Living line. Instead it seemed like afterthought merchandise out of sight to employees and probably a good corner for theft (no wonder employees follow you around the store). Available clothing options were sparsely scattered around the store which made for a back and forth shopping pattern. If this store is supposed to be more clothing than living I would suggest more inclusive sizing and bring in more of the dresses Anthropologie is known for. What about an area where you could see, feel or even try on the latest Beholden wedding gowns before ordering, or find the seasonal party dress you’ve only seen online? Anthropologie is a premium brand for the Spokane demographic and just a little more merchandise or another desired Anthropologie line in this space would elevate the downtown attraction.”

“Great Service, plenty of staff and nice holiday deals.My wife and I came into the Downtown Spokane WA store Sunday, Dec 10. We were immediately (and warmly) greeted by a young man near the front. After browsing a bit, we were approached by Kai asking if he could help us in any way, we asked him his thoughts on some apparel (we were shopping for our early 20 year old kids). He gave his thoughts, made recommendations. He was very engaging, warm, and a real testament to customer service. He was so helpful and engaging that I went out of my way to seek out the manager on duty Andy to let him know what a pleasurer Kai was for to experience.Overall I thought there was plenty of staff for the customers, noon seemed to be waiting, we had our dog in a portable kennel and our cashier was quick to acknowledge her and even say she could come out of the kennel as they loved their fur-Friends in the store.I have been in Retail Training my entire 25+ year career and know a well run staff. And this store had it. There was a fun buzz about the store, employees enjoying helping customers make holiday purchase decisions.Our cashier talked to me about their loyalty program and it turns out I was already a member and got a lot of points with our large purchase.We will be back!”
