Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) is a kind, professional, and caring establishment with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The drive-thru ATM works great, though the drive-thru service can be very slow and the parking lot is difficult to navigate. Inside, tellers are very friendly and helpful, and wait times are reasonable. The location follows enhanced cleaning procedures and may have modified hours. The staff is more than helpful, ensuring clients are all set, especially with important matters like finances for a first home.
We were helped by the gentleman sitting down all the way to the left (forget his name), and he was super helpful and personable. Was able to cash a check that Santander wouldn’t bother helping us with, as well as exchange some Canadian dollars.
