Bed was firm. Our room was facing the road. It had some traffic noise. I was not charged to park in their lot, as I read I would on some site. Next stay I would ask for a room on the other side of building. Easy walk to restaurants, the theater and Riverfront park!

This is a very cozy family friendly, well located next to convention center and center park, right in the downtown.

Great hotel, for downtown, it is the only thing that isn't a no tell motel nor the multi-hundred dollar options. Nick F made our stay amazing, I wish customer service like that existed everywhere. We will continue to stay there for all of our Spokane needs.
