“We were given a choice between a main floor and second floor room, which was much appreciated.
The bed in room 411 of building 4 is in bad shape and desperately needs to be replaced. I had to sleep on the far end of the bed opposite the table in between the beds, otherwise I felt like I was going to fall out of bed. It makes me wonder how old the bed is and if other rooms have old, worn out mattresses too. I never had a chance to check out the pool and hot tub so can't report on that.”

“Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Hands down the best hotel shower ever! Everything you need in a hotel stay. They don’t have a sundry store, but do have vending machines with just about everything you’d need. Close proximity to restaurants, and scenery.
I only have four star service for no sundry store.”
“We had a great one night stay at the Davenport. The room was beautiful and, even though we didn't get the room we reserved (don't use 3rd party sites to reserve your room) the front desk immediately offered $100 off the room and saw that we were a couple and offered a bottle of champagne delivered to the room on the house. We also requested a mini fridge and both items were delivered to the room super fast! The bed was so comfortable and we woke up to gorgeous light pouring through the window.”

“Rooms are adequate, staff is excellent. I only subtract a star because this hotel has made the inconceivable decision to play 80’s thru 00’s music on every floor in every hallway. I can hear it in my room, even at night and early in the morning.
Who wants to be forced to listen to pop in their hotel room??? Not me, and so I’ll stay elsewhere in the future.”

“This hotel is conveniently located, the staff is great, meal on site was very good, rooms are spacious but bathroom is small. Pool and whirlpool were well-maintained and temperatures were good. Trip to airport by free shuttle only took about 10 minutes - available 24x7”
“Valerie was super friendly and attentive. I got in very late and called to see if the shuttle was still running, and Valerie informed me she was going to send someone to pick me up directly outside of baggage claim. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes before someone was there to give me a ride over to the hotel. She ensured a smooth check-in and was very polite and professional the entire time. The rooms are fairly clean and comfortable offering quite a bit of space. There was a fairly large TV, a couch, a working mini fridge and coffee maker, and all the toiletries you might need for a short stay. All in all, this was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to stay here again if I travel back to this area.”
“I started booking rooms at Hotel Indigo for our out of town consultants and guests about a year ago. The guests always request to return to Hotel Indigo on subsequent visits and the client service and hospitality the staff at Indigo demonstrate is top notch! “We booked a room kind of last minute. The online check-in was really helpful. So was the option to text the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with parking tricks. The rooms were clean and small. Honestly, great for just being there to sleep. The only thing I thought was a bit ridiculous was the “entertainment” fee of $10 just for using the t.v. I do see this hotel continuing to be a great spot as they continue improvements. We’ll definitely book again.”

“I recently visited The Louie in Spokane, Washington, and I’ll be honest, on my first night, I was disappointed by the lack of service. It was the kind of experience that normally would have led me to leave a negative review and choose a different hotel next time.
Then, on my second night, I met Malachi and everything changed.
From the moment he stepped in, his attention to detail, genuine thoughtfulness, and commitment to excellence completely turned the experience around. He didn’t just do his job, he owned it. Every interaction was handled with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude that made me feel truly valued as a guest.

“I stayed there to go to the Journey concert with my sister. We stayed in the Evergreen suite. It was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was one of the fanciest hotel room I have. ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. They even took the time to take a picture if us infront of the fireplace. It was a sister trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Building was getting remodeled but that did not bother us a bit. We will definitely stay again.”
“We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites Spokane Airport. Check-in was quick and smooth, making everything easy from the start. The location is perfect—right next to the airport but still quiet and comfortable.
In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing at the bar, and in the morning, the warm, simple breakfast was just what we needed before our flight. The room was clean and spacious, and overall, it’s a super convenient and comfortable place to stay near the airport.”

“I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Spokane City Center, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The Atmosphere & Layout: The hotel itself is very nice, and I especially loved the layout of the property. It felt well-designed, easy to navigate, and welcoming.
Outstanding Service: The staff here is great. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful, which always sets a great tone for a trip.
Prime Location: If you enjoy being active or catching some fresh air, the location is tough to beat. It is situated right next to beautiful walking trails, making it incredibly easy to get outside and stretch your legs.
Fantastic Dining: You don’t even need to leave the property for an incredible meal. The food downstairs was absolutely amazing!
Bottom Line: Between the top-notch staff, great layout, proximity to the trails, and delicious dining, this is easily my go-to choice for staying in Spokane. I highly recommend it!”

“We stayed in room 102 which was beautiful, and right out the patio door We could see the numerica veterans venue where we attended the Ice show. It couldn’t have been more convenient to the venue, or the Riverfront Park, or the shopping. The pool area was beautiful and well taken care of, the restaurant had good food and good service, the coffee bar that’s open early in the morning had good coffee and friendly staff. Parking was convenient and secure and right outside our room The land landscaping was being installed as we were there and it was beautiful. The hotel was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel”

“Great service, all the staff were wonderful. Rooms were normal some kids seemed to have stashed candy wrappers behind the couch that were not cleaned up (I slept on the couch sleeper and saw it while pulling it out, I am not the type to search something wrong). The location was great, right off the river. The homeless population is increasing so there were times where they would dig in the trash by the door when I was heading to the car.”

The lot was clean, the lobby was clean and the front desk agent was polite, knowledgeable, and engaging.”

“Parking may be an issue for you. There are only 8 spots in the small gated fence behind this hotel. This parking area exits into a one way alley which happened to have two parked vehicles as there is also a bar entrance in the alley. There was no room to get by so you have to reverse to get out. Do not bother to use the public parking area across from the hotel as there is no overnight parking. The hotel has another $10 parking area, three blocks down which is fine as long as you don't have anything heavy to carry. Note: if you happen to be in court that day which gets out at 5:00 be prepared to see a fine on your windshield wiper.”
