“Beautiful rooms, clean, and comfortable. Got a parking ticket for parking where we were told to park at the Steam Plant. Apparently the girl at the desk forgot to write down my license plate, which I gave when I checked in. However, Montvale did take care of the ticket. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“Great place to stay if ya have an event by the Spokane Convention center. Just a block or so away. Great service by the staff! The complementary breakfast is great (at least it's provided, unlike other hotels near by). Parking can be a challenge for larger vehicles.”

“Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Hands down the best hotel shower ever! Everything you need in a hotel stay. They don’t have a sundry store, but do have vending machines with just about everything you’d need. Close proximity to restaurants, and scenery. I only have four star service for no sundry store.”

Valet parking was essential, as there's very little parking available on the street, but the valet was quick and efficient. The bar was pleasant and had good quality live music.”

“Nice room, enjoyed having a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Good location for getting in and out of downtown Spokane without sleeping there and paying downtown prices. Definitely missed the Hilton/Hampton free breakfast we are used to when we travel. Lots of close by restaurants, however.”

“We arrived via Amtrak so arriving after the lobby was closed was a little scary at first, but they had clear instructions on the door and they had a sister hotel around the corner that was available for contact 24/7. Very friendly staff and security. We also got to have breakfast at Rosie's downstairs and some lovely cocktails at Sapphires lounge, whom had a wonderful bartender. The hotel itself isnt some super fancy golden hotel but it has charm for sure. It was quite peaceful, only about a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront and the bed was comfy and clean. I would absolutely book again My only small complain was limited amount of outlets near the bed but thats such a minor problem compared to the wonderful trip I had :)”

“I needed A place to stay that was close enough to walk to the airport and the main terminal wasn’t looking at anything else here but once I got here, everybody was more than welcoming. Food was delicious free breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had a pool and a hot tub where I could take a soak before getting on a plane thank you so much. If I come back, I will be staying here.”

“I stayed there to go to the Journey concert with my sister. We stayed in the Evergreen suite. It was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was one of the fanciest hotel room I have. ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. They even took the time to take a picture if us infront of the fireplace. It was a sister trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Building was getting remodeled but that did not bother us a bit. We will definitely stay again.”

“Came for 1 night, sad we missed the season for the pool, if it was heated during the fall I still would of enjoyed it. The restaurant was nice, my daughter loved the cotton candy themed food items. Inside lobby/restaurant area very nice. Overall not bad, hallways were a bit confusing when in the east tower getting to the restaurant :)”

“Check-in was pleasant and friendly and easy. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The location of being downtown was a bit further away from the core downtown so walking to places takes a bit. The room was updated a few years ago yet upon entering the hall toward my room a big stain greeted me on the carpet in the hall. My room a good location relatively quiet yet the toilet looked dirty realizing its out of date and about to give up. The plank flooring good yet walking around finding long hair on my feet was alarming as I have nearly none. Yet, the price was right. Overall worth the price.”

“This is a solid cheap room place. It is near a great diner has easy access to the freeway and the rooms are clean. Currently they are remodeling on side of the hotel and from what I can see looks like it will be nice when completed. The neighbor hood is a little rough and Industrial but what do you expect at the most cost efficient hotel in area. Definitely a great place for a stop over.”
