“Parking may be an issue for you. There are only 8 spots in the small gated fence behind this hotel. This parking area exits into a one way alley which happened to have two parked vehicles as there is also a bar entrance in the alley. There was no room to get by so you have to reverse to get out. Do not bother to use the public parking area across from the hotel as there is no overnight parking. The hotel has another $10 parking area, three blocks down which is fine as long as you don't have anything heavy to carry. Note: if you happen to be in court that day which gets out at 5:00 be prepared to see a fine on your windshield wiper.”

“Loved being so close to River Front Park and all the fun things to do with grandkids. Rooms were spacious, very clean and inviting. Enjoyed the extra perks like appetizers and drinks. Breakfast was awesome. Service delightful. Highly recommended.”

“Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Hands down the best hotel shower ever! Everything you need in a hotel stay. They don’t have a sundry store, but do have vending machines with just about everything you’d need. Close proximity to restaurants, and scenery.

I only have four star service for no sundry store.”

“We had a great one night stay at the Davenport. The room was beautiful and, even though we didn't get the room we reserved (don't use 3rd party sites to reserve your room) the front desk immediately offered $100 off the room and saw that we were a couple and offered a bottle of champagne delivered to the room on the house. We also requested a mini fridge and both items were delivered to the room super fast! The bed was so comfortable and we woke up to gorgeous light pouring through the window.”

“Okay, some very good and some "hmmmm".... Stayed in September, 2023 and the room was very clean and pleasant. However, after being out all day and coming back to the room for our second night, the beds were still unmade and the damp towels/washcloths had not been retrieved and replaced. Obviously housekeeping never did its job. The staff were pleasant enough, though there is little to no comfortable seating in the lobby area. I didn't want to disturb my traveling companion, so I sat in a chair by the elevator to do my early morning reading, which felt a little weird. Also, there is no free breakfast. Didn't use the pool area, but it looked great from the window.”

“Rooms are adequate, staff is excellent. I only subtract a star because this hotel has made the inconceivable decision to play 80’s thru 00’s music on every floor in every hallway. I can hear it in my room, even at night and early in the morning.

Who wants to be forced to listen to pop in their hotel room??? Not me, and so I’ll stay elsewhere in the future.”

“Great place to stay. Very clean. We stayed here for over a week when we moved here. There are limited options for food around the hotel. But they have a small restaurant inside with good eats. Super quiet. Our entire life was packed up in our cars, and I wasn't worried once.”

“We booked a room kind of last minute. The online check-in was really helpful. So was the option to text the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with parking tricks. The rooms were clean and small. Honestly, great for just being there to sleep. The only thing I thought was a bit ridiculous was the “entertainment” fee of $10 just for using the t.v. I do see this hotel continuing to be a great spot as they continue improvements. We’ll definitely book again.”

“Couldn't ask for better service at such short notice on getting a price and a room for that matter on a very, very busy weekend. I stayed in the new remodeled rooms, and they are amazing. Great location and a great rate for what you get is incredible. I want to thank the house keeper Sandra for helping me throughout my stay.-THANK YOU!”

“It's probably the oldest hotel at the airport, but it's been well maintained.
My favorite feature is you can have a 2 week parking pass, and just walk across the street to the airport. There's an indoor pool, restaurant and bar.
It no longer has draft beer. Beer is available in bottles”

“We loved our stay here! It was only for a night but everything was spectacular. Our room was clean, cozy, and pet friendly! The building is remodeled from the early 1900s or something like that - there are plaques throughout the building that gives information and it's very fascinating! I would also highly recommend purchasing the valet parking - you get unlimited access so if you come and go 10 times in a day they will park and retrieve your vehicle every time! Next time I hope we can try the breakfast bar and lounge! Overall, I am very impressed with the building and our experience here. I brought my review down to 4 stars solely because our room wasn't quite fully stocked - missing tissues and the room was low on TP. It didn't necessarily affect our stay as it was only overnight but I think it's standard to have full stock of amenities. Thanks Indigo! Until next time.”

“Stayed the night before our trip and left our car. The shuttle took us to the airport. A week later, the shuttle picked plus up. The whole process was easy and $5 per day for the parking spot.”

“I stayed pre cruise and when I returned. I also utilized their pay and park option, which was a great saving. The most outstanding customer service was rendered at my arrival to the airport. These young ladies tried Uber and Lyft to get me to the hotel since their shuttle was disabled. Amazing staff!”

“I recently visited The Louie in Spokane, Washington, and I’ll be honest, on my first night, I was disappointed by the lack of service. It was the kind of experience that normally would have led me to leave a negative review and choose a different hotel next time.
Then, on my second night, I met Malachi and everything changed.
From the moment he stepped in, his attention to detail, genuine thoughtfulness, and commitment to excellence completely turned the experience around. He didn’t just do his job, he owned it. Every interaction was handled with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Malachi’s overall demeanor, work ethic, and level of service are exactly what the hospitality industry should strive for. He single-handedly saved this stay and this review.
He should absolutely be the one training other employees on site. He is a model employee and a perfect example of what great service looks like.
Because of Malachi, I will be returning to this hotel instead of choosing others. His professionalism and dedication made all the difference, and he represents the standard every guest hopes to experience. Thank you for setting the bar so high.”

“We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites Spokane Airport. Check-in was quick and smooth, making everything easy from the start. The location is perfect—right next to the airport but still quiet and comfortable.
In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing at the bar, and in the morning, the warm, simple breakfast was just what we needed before our flight. The room was clean and spacious, and overall, it’s a super convenient and comfortable place to stay near the airport.”

“Smaller parking lot, bit harder to maneuver larger vehicles. Beautiful hotel, well kept with friendly and quick responding staff. 24hr pool was great but the hot tub was down. Things happen though, we only had 1 night stay. Free cookies at the front desk during certain hours was wonderful.

Food and drinks: Large variety of drinks, wine/beer, juice and soda. Plenty of snacks and small meal/microwave meals and even practical items. But the prices are... YIKES.. not great.”

“I was bumped here from the Davenport Grand because they were overbooked. I am a little shocked Davenport puts their name on this place. It is the old red lion and you can very much tell so. My room was clean where it mattered (main area of bed and desk) but the shower had mold, someone else's hairs, and there was what looked like boogers on the curtains. There was a bunch of spilled pills behind the bed. I had a view room but the view was mainly of the parking lot with a small sliver of river. The staff was nice everywhere I interacted with them so no major complaints but it was a big bummer to be bumped here from the grand.”

“Location location location for this hotel. Being right down town and being conveniently located near several restaurants was a plus. Distance to the airport was also an easy drive. Room's are a little outdated but they are currently doing renovations.”

“I frequently fly here at least a couple days a week. The staff here are GREAT! They treat me like family. The only complaint staff wise is one of the overnight workers. He is so robotic and completely lacks any kind of empathy or kindness. Follows every rule down to the book. Which has a certain level of respect to it but there is a fine line. Where having empathy for another human trumps a very miniscule rule. I now avoid having any kind of interactions with him at all costs.”

“Overall, the hotel is decent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included, the pool is clean, and the wi-fi worked great. On the downside, the location isn't the best, the sink in the room didn't drain well, and the air conditioner was niisy. It could be cleaner overall. Good enough for one-night stay.”
