awful company, awful people work here, don't waste your time effort or brain power. you're better off with a credit union and investing on Robinhood, that's how bad Chase is. Thieves, truly.

Chase bank charges non-customers a $10 FEE to cash a check that is DRAWN ON CHASE BANK.What a RIP-OFF.

I don['t have an account there, but a couple of people who send me checks do. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I'd move my account there, but my present bank is far closer to my home.
