“I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years. I have always been happy with the service, the products and everything that goes with it. Well, except for the internet. That was the worst experience of my life. Guess it was just my location? I would like to take this opportunity to leave an amazing review for Georgee at the Mission store in Spokane. I bought a new phone and changed plans on Saturday. I am very happy with the new phone, but I was misled by the salesperson on the new plan that I signed up for. I was very unhappy with the details of the new plan. They were not explained to me correctly by the salesperson. And I lost an option that I had previously had and loved. Upon going back to the store 4 days later, I was very unhappy and let it be known that I was. Georgee was the person who assisted me. Not only did she deal with my displeasure in a very professional and calming manner, she was patient, sweet, and very apologetic for my negative experience. She went above and beyond to correct the issue and to get me back onto a plan that I was happy with. As soon as I got home I told my wife what a pleasure it was to have Georgee resolve the issue for me. I hope that T-Mobile will recognize what an amazing employee and person Georgee is. In my opinion, she sets the standard of what a T-Mobile representative should be. Thank you so much Georgee. You rock!”
“I heard the radio ads for years and finally went in to the store without the intent to purchase but just to look. John helped me and we started with a on sale great looking tv with an excellent picture quality. He showed me a few different options at similar price points, went through the technology on the TV's and I ultimately decided on something that was antiglare and gave more of the theater vibe; my house has big windows so glare can be a problem when watching movies/gaming. I'm glad that I visited the store and talked to John as well as the GM, they definitely know their way around TV and technology; I work in the film and production industry and to hear the guys talk about nits and spectro testing was great; only true TV nerds understand. Glad I stopped in and found the TV that fit my needs, they did not push me, and helped guide me to the best decision for my purposes. Thanks again.”

“The Target at 13724 E Sprague Ave Spokane, WA 99216 is always an excellent place to shop. I also appreciate a Starbucks located inside and a clean cart to hold my drink. This store is clean and all merchandise is neat and organized. The associates are polite, friendly and willing to help. The parking lot is also well maintained and plenty of pickup parking slots are provided. Absolutely one of my fave places to shop or browse.”

“I am usually fairly satisfied with my experience shopping at Target. However i have noticed lately the store does tend to look destroyed, then when you get to the register you might have a 3-4 person wait at a regular register ( the only way to use cash) and self checkout isnt much better. Add to that once your at the register there is enough space for you and your shopping cart, but if someone needs to go to the register on front of you or is exiting from behind you if you dont have your cart against the register and aren’t standing directly in front or behind it others cant get through. This led another customer to snap my head off when i simply cut over after checking out through a self checkout that was exiting as the person at the register in front of me was taking up the whole aisle.”
“Don't listen to all the negative comments. Rent a center goes above and beyond to get me whatever I am needing when I call or come in. I have had the best 2 years renting my furniture from them till i own my items, and will continue to rent through them. “Best way to shop here is online grocery ordering plus drive-up. They come out and put everything in your trunk. Except of course for milk which they have in abundant stock but won't let you buy online. This winter has been warm so we skipped the Shipt (delivery) membership this year.”
“I made an online appointment to get a couple of vaccines but when I got there, I realized I'd forgotten my insurance cards. I offered to just reschedule my appointment but they said I didn't need to. The pharmasists were amazing and were able to find my insurance info even though it had changed since the last time I was in.”
