Bonnie helped me on a separate occasion, but spent probably 2-3 hours in the store assisting with loopholes to get phones for myself and one for my kiddo. Helped with much more than that, but most of all kept a silly light conversation through the time I was there, chatting about the fruit of the loom cornucopia while we waited for my very slow phone to start up.
An extremely professional and amazing store, with a wonderful team, the experience store has my business from now on, I will drive across town if I have to get a new screen saver!”

“Brooke provided some of the most compassionate and thoughtful customer service I have ever experienced. My family was preparing to drive to Montana for my father in law’s funeral, and today was also my son’s 11th birthday. I needed to quickly grab him a present so he would still feel celebrated and special during such a difficult time.
I originally tried to place an order for pickup, but I learned that mornings are one of the busiest times. I ran to the LEGO section and found the set I wanted, along with a spider LEGO set my son had seen and loved at LEGOLAND. The set was $10 less with the online order pickup price, but we needed to get on the road right away.
I was overwhelmed and completely discombobulated, so I explained everything to Brooke. She immediately understood and price matched the online pickup price for me. She helped me get out of the store quickly so we could begin our drive to Montana while still making sure my son felt special on his birthday.
Brooke helped me more than I can ever express in words. Her kindness, patience, compassion, and willingness to help meant so much during an incredibly difficult day. Target is very lucky to have her.
