“Been coming to Sublime for the 5 years I’ve been here for. They are always offering discounts on juice and other products in store. Hell i even remember them giving a discount due to the roadwork going on the street. My GF and I really enjoy the voodoo juice line. She gets the high vg and i get the flavormax (salt nic that tastes as good as a disposable) after the tax hike on disposable’s i was able to convince 2 coworkers to switch to the flavor max and they love it more than a disposable because it’s much much cheaper. The guys in the store know what they’re talking about and they won’t try to sell you on things if it’s not in your best interest like other shops.. The owner is also very, very friendly every time I see him. Stop on and you won’t regret it.”

“Amazing is an understatement! Dylan helped me today and you can't get better service, care, knowledge, patience, kindness, eagerness to help. He is filled with so much understanding for tech challenged people (me). If you have cell phone or computer questions/needs - go see him ASAP .I am very thankful for him helping ease my worries and guiding me slowly in a way I could not have done myself. I promise if you have a complex problem, he is your guy! If he doesn't know the answer right off, he is talented enough to find an answer quickly. If you need to buy a phone, go see him and you won't be disappointed.”

“Can't really hate on this place like you use to. With all the other buying options from retailers when it comes to games and accessories, its still nice to have a dedicated gaming shop. They have some cool services that most dont know about. They're in the TGC game and regularly get stock. And the crew here is friendly and helpful!”

“After being with T-Mobile for years, they decided to take us off our plan and move us to a “newer” plan. This plan was NOT only more expensive, but came with limited benefits. I had the opportunity to visit this location where Ethan did his thing & took care of me. He had the patience to work with me past closing hours just to get me home with my new service. He went above and beyond. As a new customer, the experience at this location was unmatched. Thank you, Ethan! :)”

“Brooke provided some of the most compassionate and thoughtful customer service I have ever experienced. My family was preparing to drive to Montana for my father in law’s funeral, and today was also my son’s 11th birthday. I needed to quickly grab him a present so he would still feel celebrated and special during such a difficult time. I originally tried to place an order for pickup, but I learned that mornings are one of the busiest times. I ran to the LEGO section and found the set I wanted, along with a spider LEGO set my son had seen and loved at LEGOLAND. The set was $10 less with the online order pickup price, but we needed to get on the road right away. I was overwhelmed and completely discombobulated, so I explained everything to Brooke. She immediately understood and price matched the online pickup price for me. She helped me get out of the store quickly so we could begin our drive to Montana while still making sure my son felt special on his birthday. Brooke helped me more than I can ever express in words. Her kindness, patience, compassion, and willingness to help meant so much during an incredibly difficult day. Target is very lucky to have her. Thank you, Brooke, for making a heartbreaking day a little easier and my son’s 11th birthday a little brighter.”

“Ben was more welcoming than I thought possible, helped me answer every single question and begin the setup on my new phone, switching numbers around and helping me get the best home internet I could get with T-Mobile! He was awesome and gave me something to smile about, still does when I think of that encounter! Bonnie helped me on a separate occasion, but spent probably 2-3 hours in the store assisting with loopholes to get phones for myself and one for my kiddo. Helped with much more than that, but most of all kept a silly light conversation through the time I was there, chatting about the fruit of the loom cornucopia while we waited for my very slow phone to start up. An extremely professional and amazing store, with a wonderful team, the experience store has my business from now on, I will drive across town if I have to get a new screen saver!”

Obviously they did. They heard me and immediately addressed my issue making me a continued loyal customer. Thank goodness for that loyalty.
