They cultivate enjoyable environments and take pride in making sure the customer is well taken care of, with service described as some of the best experienced while shopping. However, other experiences note that the staff was not as nice, not very welcoming, and not as helpful as at other Free People locations. I love free people, I wish the store had more options from online but really friendly staff.

This is the largest Free People I’ve been in, and there’s lots of clothing options. I didn’t find that the staff was helpful and they weren’t very welcoming.
