“I purchased some boots from Redwing in North Spokane. After about one year, I had issues with the quick ratcheting laces. I needed them fixed quickly and Katie came up to the Newport Highway store from Spokane Valley to fix them so I could use them for work the next morning. “Prices were decent and they were having a BoGo 1/2 off sale so I was able to get mom a pair that she liked. The floor staff was a little less than enthusiastic but efficient and I was impressed with the sales associate at the register turned a necessary trip that I usually kinda begrudgingly force myself to do into a cheerful and positive experience. That coupled with the knowledgeable highly skilled efficiency she displayed actually saved me an additional 10 percent by signing up for notifications ?”

“Came in to get some new shoes for my brother, they were very helpful and not upset with how many selections we asked to see(my brother has a very particular style) we asked for some opinions we got them in very pleasant and even humorous responses, everyone in there was so nice! My brother and I are fairly outgoing and so was the staff. Not afraid of conversation, which was honestly refreshing. We came back again to thank them and they hooked us up with a slice of pizza! Shoes and a meat lovers slice, what more could you ask for ?”

The sales staff are always wonderful and listen to what you need and give good recommendations based on this. The selection is smaller, but it is what you would typically expect from a smaller specialty shoe store. They also carry wallets and a few leather goods and necklaces.”

“The staff here is excellent!My family and I came in yesterday to get a pair of basketball shoes for my daughter. She has a wider foot and is very particular about how her shoes feel and had just tried on a couple pairs at another store and it's safe to say she was over it.Upon entry, we were IMMEDIATELY greated by staff and asked if we needed help with anything. I told them we were looking for basketball shoes for our daughter and were shown a couple options for size 3 and tried a pair on. Then decided to move to a size 4. Two staff members went and looked at the size 4 options and discussed amongst themselves what they felt would be the best option for my daughter before recommending the MB1 Jr's. Her mood immediately changed when she tried them on, so we bought them. She ran during her ENTIRE game yesterday and didn't complain ONCE! Thank you so much to this amazing staff for being patient, nonjudgemental, knowledgeable, helpful, and making my daughter comfortable on the court. Y'all are rockstars!”
