The Free People store in downtown Spokane is noted for being a large location with lots of clothing options, catering to all shapes and sizes with uniquely designed outfits that have a natural flow. Customer experiences with staff vary significantly. Many reviews highlight exceptional, outstanding, and elite customer service from a group of kind, sweet, helpful, attentive, friendly, upbeat, and genuine employees. These wonderful and helpful associates are known for going above and beyond, helping find items and sizes, checking stock, offering to ship items, providing a lift with their time and genuine interactions, and even beautifully wrapping gifts. They cultivate enjoyable environments and take pride in making sure the customer is well taken care of, with service described as some of the best experienced while shopping. However, other experiences note that the staff was not as nice, not very welcoming, and not as helpful as at other Free People locations. Despite this variance, numerous customers express strong loyalty, stating they will definitely return to shop again, drawn by both the clothing and the exceptional service provided by specific team members who offer outstanding care and integrity.
THIS location at River Park Square is street-level accessible, and their single location holds a varied selection of Free People, We The Free, Movement FP, and Intimately FP. It’s a one-stop shop, well stocked with friendly staff and BIG SALE room!
