Amenities include a pool, hot tub, and great wifi. The staff receives praise for being sweet and providing great service. The property appears to be undergoing renovations, though this did not affect all guests. Its location is noted as being a little out on an island down a side street, pretty far from downtown and with not much within walking distance, but having a car makes it manageable. Some guests reported issues, including a billing discrepancy where a confirmed booking price was not honored, and minor problems like a stained shower stall or a cumbersome process for pantry purchases. Despite these occasional disappointments, many consider it a preferred hotel in Spokane.

Amazing stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Loved the amenities, especially the pool area. Will definitely be returning!
