“Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.
Job came in under budget, towing company (wish I could remember who they are) were fantastic, and Nefs treated us like a long time customer.”
“I had taken my car in to another auto shop three times for an issue with the fuel/exhaust system. The other shop could never find the root of the problem. Preedy’s found the problem right away and took care of it. This is now my regular auto repair and maintenance shop!”

It’s friendly real people and a place you can trust. Price was reasonable, stayed in my vehicle the whole time. In total, it took less than an hour.”
“every time I go to this location they are not the friendliest but as a black woman i do experience this a lot. i prefer the valvoline nearby as they are super efficient and friendly. today however I had my sisters boyfriend do an oil change on my car and he grossly overfilled it and JP helped me drain some out, didn't charge me, and educated me some on my vehicle and another vehicle of mine. seriously appreciate this man's patience and honesty with me. always ask for JP! ?”

Garrick has been working on my cars over the years as well as a ton of friends and family that I've referred to them. I always tell people that he is the most reasonably priced and kind mechanic that I've ever worked with. He always is accommodating and tries to get me in as soon as possible and never nickel and dimes me or makes every issue seem detrimental. He's very thorough and truly just cares about the safety aspects and making sure that people can get their vehicles fixed with as little anxiety as possible, financially and otherwise.
I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, thank you guys for being awesome!”

They additionally checked my fluids, cleaned my windows, and offered to vacuum the car all at no additional cost. To top it off the owner was super sweet and incredibly friendly. “I took my 2004 Prius in, thinking it was time for a tune up, plus an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted $414 plus tax for everything, which was exactly what I paid for the same services a year ago. When I called to see if my car was ready, I was told that my car did not actually need the tune-up. My bill ended up being just $142.00. This is the second time I've had my car in here and they have been honest and done quality work. I'll never take my car anywhere else!!”

“I would recommend buying a bmw here. They have a good selection and inventory wouldn't recommend buying one that has been severely t boned like this one of mine. Anthony the guy that fixed this one did a good job. The key fob has issues. Sometimes it doesn't like to start then you have to wait and stick it on the right side of the steering column it can be frustrating. Great experience.”

First, my sales contact, Nick Daadouch, was outstanding. In my opinion, he embodies the dealership’s mission statement—kind, professional, and respectful. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about a car salesperson before. That’s not to say that anyone else on the sales team fell short in these areas; rather, Nick really exemplified these qualities.
