“When I arrived to pick up my order the attendant was professional and went in the back and retrieved all my brake parts. For some reason my invoice was not able to be produced. My clerk asked other employees if they knew who received the online order and if they could help find the receipt. It took about 15 minutes for store clerks to find it and I was on my way. This is the second time I have encountered this. No big deal that’s why I gave it a 4 out of 5, crap happens!”
