“I have to first say...These guys ROCK!!! I came into the store on a Friday evening. After a long day of unfortunate events, my coolant reservoir was bone dry. My heater was blowing cold and it was freezing outside. Hernan and Joel helped me asses the situation. They found that the hose was cracked and leaking. They suggested a quick fix, so I could at least get my Jeep home. The next day I returned for another jug of coolant, just in case. Then Sunday... I returned once more. This time I was determined I knew the part I needed. The manager kindly let me know if it wasn't the right one I could return it! It was in fact the right part and a family friend came to my rescue. Thank you for helping put my mind at ease and keeping your customers safe on the road!”
