“I went to two different O’Reilly Auto Parts stores and called another one, and none of them would turn my rotor because they were closing soon. Then I called this store and Timothy answered. I explained that it was urgent and I really needed to get my car back on the road today. He told me to bring it by and he’d do his best to help me out. Not only did he get the rotors done, but he even stayed about 10 minutes after closing to finish everything for me. Great customer service and genuinely went out of his way to help. Huge thanks to Timothy, employees like him make a big difference. Hub store had 2 hours and 30 minutes before closing they didn’t even try to help me out.
