Not only do I feel good about the choice of dog food that I will make but I got so many free samples To try before I make a purchase. Jennifer truly loves her job! Way to go Jennifer I just found my new favorite pet store!”
“Self service dog wash.$20 for a booth, additional $10 for another pup. They have the entire bath and blow dryer set up including hair brushes, towels, shampoo of different scents, face wash, ear and ear wash. The staff is so nice and helpful. They have a large kennel in visual so you can bath one pup at a time. And you don't have to worry about detailing the booth afterwards, they clean and change everything after you depart. They also offer $12 nail trims. It's on the North side but it's worth it. The water and blow dryer are perfect pressure to get them super clean and fluffy.”
“It's the only bird store i know in Spokane and they are very helpful. They helped me find a vet, helped me find food, supplements and toys for my Lovebird. I also board him there if I have to leave. They have been very good to us for the last 9 years. I highly recommend them.”

“On 12/10/2025 I took my Labrador retriever, Paddy, for a grooming service at the North Division store in Spokane.
I travel for work a lot, and have been taking all four of my dogs to PetSmart for for grooming services for over a decade now, I have personally been to multiple stores with multiple groomers, and I have had mixed experiences with each, having spent literally thousands and thousands of dollars at your groomers.
Charlotte L at the North Division PetSmart store did such a fantastic job grooming my full size Labrador retriever, Paddy, that I am absolutely taken by surprise, and I am so appreciative.
My dog looked and felt the best she has in over a decade of taking her to be groomed, from multiple PetSmart locations across the entire Pacific Northwest area, from Seattle to Oregon and Idaho and everywhere in between.
The way Charlotte had her nails filed and done were exemplary, they looked so good. The way she had completely brushed her was nothing short of fantastic, Paddy has an unbelievable amount of hair and this groomer, Charlotte, did the best job out of any groomer I have ever seen in my life. She took her time and did such quality work, I am so appreciative of her and will be going out of my way to take my pets to Charlotte from now on.
A++++++ employee and service, you better treat her right because she is making your store absolutely shine above the others. Great job Charlotte!

“First off if I could give this store, an especially a majority of the staff 10 stars I absolutely would. I’ve been coming to the Petsmart on the South Hill now since 2018 adopted two of my kids from there Heidi and Erica along with Chelsea/Keksie ( Don’t want to get the name confused it’s late and I’m getting ready for a road trip) These three ladies always make a shopping experience at Petsmart worth the time. Complete professionalism and after so many years, they’re not employees their family. I always enjoy going in and talking with the employees donating and over, spoiling my cats along with the feral cats in the community that I’ve taken care of for almost 7 years. I can only hope that the new location I’m moving to full-time out of state that their Petsmart is as Homie and professional as this one is. There’s not a lot of things sadly that I will miss about this town or the area itself, but I will miss this store the location and the absolute professionalism from the employees there. The three ladies names who I mentioned above, do not get enough credit for their attitude, hard work time and effort that they put into that store I’ve shopped at a lot of Petsmart and many many many many states too many count, but I wanted to make sure the final thing I do before I leave the state is to give the employees and the store the credit that they deserve. It’s been for seven years my home away from home and I will look forward to when I have to come back, traveling to Washington for no other reason to stopping into the store and hopefully saying hi to the people who have made the last seven years being a Petsmart customer so worthwhile . There are a few employees that no longer work there and work at different locations, who I absolutely adore as well and want to give just as much credit too. I’ve spent a lot of money over the years on Chewy Petco and other locations but if you truly care about your pets and want to go shopping somewhere that feels like home and you’re treated like family Petsmart on the South Hill is definitely worth your time”
