“My review is for grooming. My dogs absolutely love it here, which is kind of surprising because they aren’t the most socialized dogs, but they are my babies so I’m very particular where I take them!! I pull into the parking lot and they are SO HAPPY! They walk in with confidence and they walk out with confidence! The staff are incredibly friendly and did exactly what I asked on my long haired pup. When they go back there, they don’t even look back at me! As soon as they took the boys to the back I hear an employee all giddy saying, “SILAS!!” So excited to have my dog back there, and remembered him even though we’d only brought them once before! It warmed my heart that they remembered him and they loved him! Picking them up, they are happy and smell and look good! They clearly take amazing care of my pups because they don’t like just any ol place, but boy do they love going to the yuppy puppy! We will continue to use them in the future and they are so reasonable priced, they deserve big big tips!!”

“We found a dog loose in our busy neighborhood, so I took him to Spokanimal to see if he was chipped. The woman who helped me was very helpful, despite having a very busy afternoon. Luckily the dog was microchipped, and will be reunited with his owner.”
“Valerie in grooming is awesome! She's did a full grooming service with a shampoo, haircut, nail trim for both of my mom's dogs that have never been professionally groomed before and both of my mom's dogs turned out to be so cute and they smelled so good and even though the grooming salon in Petco was very very busy, I feel like Valerie still took her time and treated my mom's dogs with patience as far as I could see. Thank you Valerie! And Tia one of the other groomers came out and talker to me while I waited & she was really pleasant to talk to. I'll be a return customer for sure.”
