Even tho I saved them a trip in heavy traffic and went to pick my large package up myself, the guy seemed in a hurry and wanting to just get me out of there. The package had damage and he quickly wrote it on the delivery ticket, brushing it off like he didn't have time to deal with it. Luckily the contents were not damaged.
