No shade on the employees, but this Safeway is sketchy. Dude with a methpipe in his hand, standing 6 feet from my truck, swaying. Drug dealers parked, doing biz. But they do have great deals on chicken right now!

Its safeway, there's not a lot to say about them. They prices are good sometimes, the store is mostly clean. Its really annoying how they put the security gates in all the stores and makes me not want to shop with them. My purchases have dropped dramatically since putting them in. Like $700-$1000 a month.

No baskets, only carts. Lots of sketchy folks in and around the parking lot, especially at night. Only one human checker, ever. Rarely do all the self check outs work. Deli is great.
