Richard at the Division and Ruby location has been there for sometime. I have purchased 3 computers over the years. He is fast on repairs, viruses etc.

I thought my 12 year old printer was at the end of its life. The rep at Staples listened to the problem and recommended I buy a new drum before a trash the printer. I did and it works! Saved me $200!
