Total Truck Shop is known for great people and reasonable price. The front desk is super nice and helpful, and the staff does not ignore calls or walk‑in people. They are polite and knowledgeable about any question. The shop takes care of trucks on every level and is honest on pricing for hourly rates and parts. They replaced a radiator quickly during a delivery, keeping the load on time. The mechanics are professional and know what they are doing, saving people’s days. A brake canister was replaced fast, friendly, and at a great price compared to other shop. Everyone went out of the way to keep people informed, making the experience painless.

What can I say. Brian doesn't ignore you when you call or walk in. He is polite, and knowledgeable about anything you might question him on. They have always taken care of my truck on every level. They are honest on pricing both on shop hourly rate and parts. Definitely will work with total truck shop again.

My radiator broke down 2 hours away from Spokane during a delivery and the guys at this shop was able to get me in and replace the radiator within the day! They were extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you! Will be able to deliver my load on time.
