“Convenient location; they have a great glass selection and competitive prices. The staff is generally friendly and quick to open the smoke shop door for you (one door over), if it's after hours and it's locked. Unfortunately out of stock of my flavor/brand for almost a year. I do make a point of asking about it and requesting them to order it anytime I do go in there.”

“Saw some of the recent 1-2 star reviews and I am wondering if those people may have gotten confused about which they place they were reviewing. For example, the card machine has always worked for me. The new owner has always been cordial to me and any other customers I see when I am there. This was always my main go to because of the proximity of it to my house, but now it’s my main go to because the new owner is a solid guy and businessman. Great place for anything you’d need quickly or when you’re on the go. Solid place!”

“I was only in Spokane to pick up some items for a logistics company going to SD. After stoping at 4 different places including a grocery store this was the ONLY place that allowed me to use their restroom!
I don’t know how a city could be so unaccommodating but I’m really glad these guys were more considerate then the rest of Spokane. Thanks!”

Other then that it's a great friendly, clean gas station.”
“Jesse, Joe, Stacy and Adam are one heck of a team! I serve these hardworking boys most lunches. When the family van went down and we didn't have what we need to fix the car we started to get a bit worried things were gonna get harder trying to bus to work. I called up Jesse and he got his team to work! I warned him ahead of time im a budgeting mama and he did everything he could to make it doable for me. In and out in a day! These guys rock!”

“Everybody makes mistakes... me more so than others. I made a snap quick judgement about this gas station/convience store based off 1 isolated incident. I have gone back there numerous times now and the entire staff has been nothing but kind and gracious. Even helping me pay the rest of my bill when I was a few dollars short. As usual a learning lesson for me and a big sorry for this establishment. They are good people that take care of you. Oh and their hot box food is bomb. If your swinging by on sprague check out this hidden gem. You won't regret it.”
“We accidentally through away a title at this gas station. We called them and a younger guy answered and quickly looked through the trash and found the title and made sure it got to us even on his lunch break. He was helpful and very kind could not be more grateful!!!”

“I was going to spend lots of money here since they are in my neighborhood but dude at the counter was extremely nasty and rude ..no restrooms for elderly or disabled people ..just nasty attitude ..will be sure to send everyone i know elsewhere for sure ..im floored at how rude the cashier was..there is rarely ever a reason to be nasty ..good luck with that business model”

“My favorite neighborhood gas station and convenience store. New owners have been upgrading what they carry. Staff is super nice, especially Nikki with her bubbly personality. One day I hope they allow debit cards for lottery purchases or get a lottery machine since Washington state Lottery allows debit card purchases. Here it's cash only. Still, it's nice having this Chevron so close to our home.”
