They scheduled a appointment to deliver my frieght then called the day scheduled to say my frieght didn't arrive but when tracked it was in Spokane at 2:14 am so they lied and now I have to take a second day off work and reschedule for the installation of the parts UPS Freight in Spokane sucks

These guys are great. Several times I've had packages that were scheduled to be delivered while I was at work and I asked them to hold them at this facility. They're open until 8 so that allows me plenty of time to get there after work and pick up my packages.

UPS freight = poor customer service Originally told 10:00-12:00 for residential freight drop-off. At 1:30 I called and was told the dropoff was changed to 3-5. At 5:00 I got a call saying it won't be til Monday . Waited 7 hours for notbing
