They need more people in the pharmacy. The wait time on the phone is unrealistic and then to be told they are experiencing difficulties!!!!

I spent less time getting in my car and driving to the pharmacy than I did on hold, only for when I get there for them to finally apparently show the new person how to pick up people on hold… I see why the ratings for this Walgreens is so low now.

This pharmacy has the nicest people. They always work with me on meds not in stock. I ended up going to four Walgreens to partially fill a prescription, but every pharmacy employee I spoke to was awesome & tried to be helpful.
