Should not state "open" if they are actually closed. I understand its due to covid, but it'd still be nice if they took the time to change their hours.

I stuck my debit card in one of Washington Trust Bank's ATMs, The machine ate my card so I called customer service to resolve the issue, they told me there was nothing they could do, didn't even seem like they attempted to do anything
