One banker doing wire transfer. That is a little ridiculous. I waited 40min and left unserved because i had commitments somewhere else. Wednesday is my only day off. I think it is time to change a bank.

They do not have a bathroom for customer & you can't make appointments for Saturdays it's first come first serve with limited staff so if a new business account comes in right away in the morning there will be no one who can see you other than tellers. They also do jot carry student credit cards anymore.

Worst bank ever.... horrible customer service. Harassed my mother in law when she went through the drive thru to withdraw HER money! Belittled her and just plain out rude. I will never ever open a bank account at Wells Fargo and I don't advise anyone else to either.
