Helping individuals, children, and families overcome barriers, accomplish goals, and achieve healthier and more fulfilling lives, since 1903. YWCA Spokane is a non-profit social service agency committed to advancing equity, supporting survivors through crisis, and creating pathways towards healing. With an overarching goal of preventing future violence and fostering a healthier and equitable community for all, we focus our work in the following ways: wrap-around services for survivors of intimate partner violence, a women's opportunity center, free-preschool with family support services, and community education and training.
Gosh, after reading the reviews I feel as though it's not the gym I am looking for. I am only looking to show up and work out. Maybe swim some. But it sounds so hateful and mean spirited that I wouldn't even enjoy myself.

I called them seeking help while fleeing domestic violence they said i didnt meet there requirements which the main one is on the verge of homelessness and I was.
