“VERY impressed with my visit to the Stanwood branch of BofA. It was a little busy, but there was still an atmosphere of calm among the employees. I had arrived a few minutes early and watched while I waited for my appointment, and realized that there was one person who was "floating" from station to station, making sure everyone had everything they needed, occasionally opening up another teller window when the line started to slow down. When it was time for my appointment, that same person came over and greeted me. It was Justin Burns, the branch manager. He was wonderful to talk to, very professional, personable and helpful. The atmosphere in any business is determined by its leadership, and this branch of BofA is now my primary banking center. It is a much better banking experience than I've had in some of the other local branches.”
