“Patrick assisted in me at the Post Office this afternoon. He was courteous, gracious, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, i.e., identifying a UPS tracking number for my package that UPS was unable to deliver. It was subsequently sent to the Sumas PO where our rural route mail carrier had picked up and was in the process of delivering. Strong Work Patrick!”

“I want to specifically recognize Darlene J. at the London Drugs post office (Sevenoaks Mall) for her exceptional professional conduct. Darlene is a true subject matter expert; she managed my transaction with a level of knowledge and efficiency that is rare to find. She has completely streamlined the post office experience, turning a complex errand into a seamless, high-speed process. Employees of this caliber are what drive customer loyalty to this location. -MB”
