“I found Carsmart to be such a lovely place to come in, despite not being very experienced with cars or car maintenance. They were able to give me a pretty great price for an oil change, new wipers and coolant, and a very detailed inspection of my cars health that was texted to me, and they were even able to see me the same day before closing. They were very accommodating and professional, I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more money, they really seemed interested in just letting me know how my car's doing, how much of a priority different things are, and how to keep my car from failing anytime soon. Even though I never met him, Mike seems to have done a great and very thorough inspection of my car, and the gentleman who was helping me at the desk all day (Tyler) was incredibly kind, patient, and informative! Frankly they turned this scary first-time check-up into just kind people wanting to help each other out, and I look forward to coming here in the future!”

“Been going to this NAPA for 6 years. They've helped me previously with parts for a Jeep and a classic. Always friendly and helpful staff. Yesterday they assisted me with a battery under warranty. I'll never go anywhere else for the parts I need! 5 stars earned!!”

“Today bought 4 golf cart batteries from Rodger at continental batterys in Sumner wa. It was a Great experience been looking for the exact replacement batteries, but have been getting the runaround from various places near me . Like interstate and batteries plus, and even peak machinery all saying they don't make this type of battery T1275 anymore. I would recomed this company and Rodger anytime.”

“Running a collision repair shop can be a serious grind especially trying to locate quality parts that can be severely limited by what insurance companies will pay for (and a heads up to you folks actually read what is in your policy you are agreeing to!) but if I'm in a bind I know I have a great chance of having GP to help us out. The best part is when I call up they never sound defeated like so many other vendors offering the same product but usually for more money.”

“Kamoore, our salesman, made this the best car buying experience we’ve ever had, hands down. He is really top notch. Justin, the service manager, listened to us and took great care of us regarding a minor detail we noticed. The extended warranties they offer are of actual quality should you choose them. The overall teamwork observed there is exceptional and focused on customer satisfaction.”

“I just swap trailers here so it’s pretty easy. The staff is great, there’s lots of room if you’re delivering or picking up. You can no longer gain access through the first door though that says will call. I believe you have to go down to the end of building”
