“I had previously had my coated at this location. They didn’t good job. Recently my car was hit in a parking lot on the rear bumper. I also had a deep scratch on my passenger door and about a dime sized chip on my driver side. I took in and Meet Zach and realized a new business had taken over Tailored garage. So I decided to give them a try at the repairs. Zach was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Upon picking up the car. Was super pleased! The work was as close to perfect you can get. Austin was the employee who turned the car over to me. Also friendly and knowledgeable. He give me a honest update on how my ceramic coating was holding up. When the time comes they have definitely earned my business and plan to have it recoated by them in the next few months! Great guys and great work, what else could you ask for! Appreciate you guys!”

“My transmission shifted like a dream but leaked like a sieve. For five bills, they tightened a loose intercooler fluid line. I didn't find and fix the leak myself, so paying a professional rate for professional services is okay, but I really feel like I got kinda scratched up here.
Work was done correctly, quickly, for a premium price. I needed it, so no complaints.”

Stephanie was great and easy to work with. I was upset because of the situation of being run into. I wasn't happy to be going through all of this but she got it and spoke quickly, worked quickly and was gracious the whole way. The body shop did an exceptional job and they gave my car back looking and smelling fresh, inside and out. They made my really bad week as good as they possibly can and I appreciate it. Good company. “Wife and I went in knowing what we wanted gentlemen named Lovey stop what he was doing to assist us in getting the vehicle out front. We were very pleased with test drive and loved the new vehicle. Lovey was very professional and honest while helping us come to agreement and best option. We definitely appreciate the recommendations and ended up walking out with a new vehicle, process was very straight forward and easy.
Lovey works for the Chevy next to GMC but assisted us in GMC side we definitely recommend doing business at these facilities and really enjoyed Loveys assistance.

They went way over and above to get our project completed quickly and gave us multiple options to allow us to minimize costs while providing an extremely high quality product. Many body shops I've delt with have shady buisness practices to get your car in and then jack up the costs. Not this shop! I have complete trust and faith in this shop to do the best job at the most reasonable price possible. This is now my go-to body shop!

We recently came in to have a trailer hitch and mud flaps installed and the Service deptartment did a great job. The parts department kept us informed of our order and the service department did a great job.
They even washed our car before returning it to us! We love it here!”
“Many thanks to Scott !!! This guy is truly a blessing . My 17 year old daughter got into hit and run with a truck with no brake lights that cut her off and slammed brakes and she was able to swerve to the left but clipped her front passenger side. I took it to collision repair in Bonney lake and wow was the repair outrageous. I happen to see advertised on small sign Raleys Auto Body so I decided to call and he said bring it in.
I brought my daughters vehicle in ans he looked at it and with confidence gave me a number and approximate turn around time and we made a deal. Wow!!! Is all my daughter could say and yes he did an outstanding job and this guy delivered on the promise . Don’t mess around with high priced auto body shops. Scott is knowledgeable and super down to earth.
Definitely will be bringing any future repairs to Raleys and will recommend this company to many others . Great job Scott!!
