“I truly couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience! A huge thank you to Dylan, Jesse, and Dustin for making the entire process so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. The financing process was smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. This experience was also extra special for me because I used to work here, so coming back felt like coming home. The people here have always felt like a found family to me, and it meant so much to be able to purchase my brand-new car from people I know and trust. I’m beyond happy with my new car and so grateful to Dylan, Jesse, Dustin, and everyone who helped make this such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and making such a big purchase feel exciting instead of stressful! ❤🚙”

“I had an amazing experience here! My neighbor backed into my car, which was incredibly stressful, but this team made the entire repair process completely painless. Since it was my first time using them, they took the extra time to break everything down and explain the details clearly. I absolutely loved that they let me choose my communication preference; I picked email updates, and their communication was flawless. The staff is genuinely nice, inviting, and highly skilled. They turned a stressful situation into a convenient, positive experience. They are excellent people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!”

“Exceptional sevice. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Corey was kind, funny AND professional while taking care of the paper work and final delivery. Bodywork looks dead straight and the paint was a perfect match and smooth as glass! They even did a bit of trim repair unrelated to the original insurance claim. The clean up and detailing was great inside and out! My Toyota van hasn't looked this good in years! Well done Fix Auto! Ed Sumner, Washington”

“I initially worked with their internet team to find the car we wanted. Once they found our preferred model we showed up in person at the dealership where we were introduced to Rodney. Rodney and the rest of the team closed the deal in a timely manner and they handed us the keys, but before we drove off, Rodney was ever so thorough and patient in giving us a complete tutorial on the set up and functioning of the car. We had a great experience.”

“This is the most honest garage I have ever come across!! They diagnosed my RAV 4 with repairs totaling about $900. After they called the dealership for parts, they informed me that I could take my car to the Dealership for the Dealership will repair it for free. The problem on my car was a known problem to Toyota. I was dumbfounded!! I was ready to pay for their diagnostic work, however, I was informed that I owed them nothing. They even gave me a code to present to Toyota. I left with much appreciation for the amazing and honest service I received.”

“I stopped in for a much needed pair of wiper blades. I purchased the “exact fit” for my old Ford Probe. I did not get the name of the man who helped me but I recall several things that made a great customer service impression. 1) After the transaction was concluded he offered the fact, they were different sizes and what side each went on. 2) When I realized I needed help, they were not working per instruction, he walked into the rain with me. I think for a laugh but he quickly realized, there was a genuine problem. 3) Without fail, he retrieved the parts needed to convert my junk into a “J” hook, so I would not have any issues when these new ones go bad. Did I mention, he never asked for more money, we stood in the rain getting this done and he never made any rude comments about my dilemma! I wish I got his name! He deserves recognition. I am sure he will be easy to identify as nobody in 2025 dives a 1990 Probe but this guy! Thank YOU!”
