“I’m always finding little treasures at Sparrow and Nightingale, and it’s become one of my favorite places to wander. It’s the kind of shop you can visit over and over again and still discover something new each time you walk through the door. Their selection is beautifully curated, offering a mix of unique gifts and timeless antiques that feel thoughtfully chosen rather than overwhelming. Every piece seems to have a story, and you can really feel the care that goes into what they bring into the space. The recent remodel is absolutely gorgeous. The shop feels warm, inviting, and elevated, while still holding onto that cozy charm that makes you want to slow down and take your time browsing. It’s not just a place to shop it's an experience. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling pushy. They make you feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment you walk in. If you’re in Sumner and love beautiful, meaningful finds, this is definitely a place worth visiting. The design is a dream unfolding”

“Beautiful furniture, pleasantly nice staff that dont hover like other stores. Didn't notice the loft over the furniture until we got to the other side. Filled with lots of cool antiques. 6.9.26-came in for a quick look and always received by friendly employees.”

“We went in for a warranty replacement for our purple 4 mattress, michelle made it simple and was very helpful. She was very friendly and didnt seemed bothered as it was a warranty and we figured she probably dosnt get good commission on them. We will be back at this location to see michelle for any of our mattress needs.”

“Just took delivery of my new Stickley chair, which I love. Thanks to Mr. Aviles and Ms. Sabotka for their knowledge and patience in helping me decide on the purchase. Nathan Beck and Kendall Jakes made the delivery. Both of them were friendly, efficient and professional in every way. I asked them to place the chair in a small bedroom, requiring them to navigate an old concrete path to the front door, a cramped hallway and sharp turn through a narrow door. They gauged the distances and moved the bulky chair without a bump to the exact spot I requested. Removed the protective wrap with care and put felt pads on the feet to protect my hardwood floor. A handshake and they were on their way in minutes. The experience was like flying first class. All done skillfully and efficiency with easy courtesy. Congrats to Selden’s for having these quality individuals on staff.”

“We had a wonderful experience dealing with Austin in the purchase of a new set of couches with recliners. He showed us many options and allowed us time to leave and come back before making our final decision. He still honored his discounted sale price too! We are looking forward to receiving our new set in a few weeks and being more comfortable! Thank you for the great service Austin!”

“Amazing Services, only 1 issue i git resolved through my bank. They understood life and gave me a few days. I bought a couch, a refrigerator, and a laptop. 1 year 3 months in. Yes, they may be over priced, but they don't run credit, your job, is the credit. They made everything with my 550 credit, still affordable. They don't check credit, but I knew mine.”

“I'm still waiting for delivery of our bed, but wanted to share my 5 Star experience with the Sleep Number Puyallup store. Sales associate Michael took the time to walk through the whole Sleep Number system and options from start to finish with a great pace, very concise and at the same time informative, not pushy, not overpromising how at other mattress stores sales people every single bed is amazing and are great for your back. I liked how Michael described how all the mattresses carry the core function and benefits. And, we have the choice to include additional features that we need or are interested in. No pressures to select the top model but rather focusing on what OUR needs and OUR interest and OUR areas of focus are and providing an honest guidance be it a lower cost model. I will also say that we also briefly worked with Jonathan at the store who helped complete the final order since I needed to take a day to review options. Jonathan was very patient and closed out the sale so seamlessly. At some other stores, I find sales associates competing against each other and not giving any care or time to customers who connected with a prior sales associate. Michael and Jonathan really do have each other's back and work collaboratively as a TEAM. I appreciate seeing this. I will try remembering to update my review once I get the mattress. But, if everything goes right, I plan on coming back to the store for accessories, etc and hope to run into Michael and Jonathan again.”

“They always go above and beyond. I had surgery and had major complications it was then I knew I needed to have something comfortable to recline in… but it was pretty unrealistic timeline. That’s when I hit them up and explained and they made it happen. Deliveries booked but they went above and behind to make it happen before I was discharged from the hospital. They are a life saver. And why I will always shop local and family owned. The service and management is unbelievable and truly care about their customers.”
