“Just took delivery of my new Stickley chair, which I love. Thanks to Mr. Aviles and Ms. Sabotka for their knowledge and patience in helping me decide on the purchase. Nathan Beck and Kendall Jakes made the delivery. Both of them were friendly, efficient and professional in every way. I asked them to place the chair in a small bedroom, requiring them to navigate an old concrete path to the front door, a cramped hallway and sharp turn through a narrow door. They gauged the distances and moved the bulky chair without a bump to the exact spot I requested. Removed the protective wrap with care and put felt pads on the feet to protect my hardwood floor. A handshake and they were on their way in minutes. The experience was like flying first class. All done skillfully and efficiency with easy courtesy. Congrats to Selden’s for having these quality individuals on staff.”

So I finally popped in and immediately found a gorgeous bamboo bed frame and an amazing hybrid (springs and memory foam) mattress made in the USA for less than $900. WOW. It was a financial investment, for sure, but I'm grateful to pour into a great business like Amy's and I truly believe I'll be paid back 10x in a good night's rest for decades to come.”

“We had the best experience working with Sage Interiors & Design on our penthouse condo remodel recently. We worked with their fabulous designer Kaitlyn who is a complete professional from the layout to helping you pick the perfect pieces/colors/materials and tying it all together. I had worked with her a few years prior on our condo community room refresh and knew we would be in great hands. Everyone in the building was thrilled with the beautiful community room and now it is booked almost every weekend for an event. Previously the room was rarely used with its uncomfortable outdated furniture. Back to our project… I reached out to Kaitlyn and we had an initial meeting online to discuss what we were looking for. She then came to our home and took photos and measurements of everything. She was very thorough with every detail. Then the exciting part came where we met with Kaitlyn at the beautiful Sage gallery where she presented us with our designs and layout. She was 90% spot on with what we were looking for and the few little things we weren’t thrilled with she helped us select something different that was perfect. Nicole the owner of Sage was also helping us with additional questions we had on items as she is a professional and knows all the beautiful products in detail. After everything was ordered we decided take a leap and to do a complete gut job kitchen remodel. The contractor Massey Remodel & Design looked at the furniture we picked out at Sage and helped design the kitchen with everything tying together. Last week the beautiful kitchen was completed and Sage’s delivery team delivered all our gorgeous new furniture to complete our living room, dining room, primary bedroom and foyer. Nicole’s husband Nigel was a huge help during the delivery process and moving of the furniture and coordinating the elevator lock outs with our building manager at our condo. Nigel called after everything was in and setup to see how it turned out and if we needed anything at all. We could not be happier how everything came together and have to pinch ourselves when we walk into our new stunning spaces. I also wanted to say that Sage was so accommodating as they kept us updated on ETAs on all the furniture as it came in and held everything for us until our remodel was completed. They were a dream to work with. If you are looking for that one specific piece of furniture or want to completely transform your room or home then head to their beautiful gallery in downtown Tacoma and you will be in the best hands of their amazing team. “Absolutely worst customer service. I spoke with the customer Service department after receiving a mattress that is disintegrating. Mattress Depot used to carry Emerald Home & they said that I needed to contact Emerald. I sent photos and had them look at everything and never heard back. I contacted again and still didn’t hear back so third times the charm, I asked to speak with a manager, and I finally get someone to help. I spoke with Brenda, who was really great. she got us processed for a refund, which was great! However, she was unable to help me with how to get The refund, Wyatt is not being sent to the Bonney Lake store rather it is going to Bellevue, which is over an hour away from us, and unsure of who the check is made out to. I asked if I could speak with the credit department to see how to figure this part out and she said absolutely they would call me back & took my phone number. I raved about Emerald home to mattress depot into all my friends and told them how great and easy the process was! Five minutes later, the process became extremely uneasy… there was four different phone calls being made to me, No one could figure out the amount or how I was gonna get a check, where the check was going, who it was made out to, etc etc. I asked if I could speak with a manager, and I was told absolutely. I spoke with the manager, Jeanette, who was unbelievably rude. She was so condescending and negative towards me that I had zero patience left at this point of dealing with this for three months and now three hours worth of phone calls.. I asked her to not be so negative and we could come to a resolution, and she continued to interrupt me and tell me that she was not irritated or in a bad mood. However, the tone was severely different. She repeatedly cut me off and interrupted me. Then proceeded to tell me that she could not tell me how much the refund check was for, where it was going, how I would get the refund, nothing of that matter. She told me that they were refunding mattress depot for the full amount, & mattress Depot could decide to give me the refund or not. This is not a warranty. Because mattress Depot could decide to not give me a refund if they don’t want to.. I lost my mind. Absolutely I said “JFC, this is absurd!!” It is unreal that I could pay $1500 + Tax for a mattress then be told “ehh - they decide if they want to refund you, whatever agreement they want” THAT IS NOT A WARRANTY. A warranty would go straight to the customer. All the hoops later, and I have to wait to hear from Matress Depot on when and IF they even get the check. I would be shocked if this manager even decides to send it. I should not have cursed but this company was beyond. I called Mattress Depot back and told them the problem, the manager said he will figure it out once they get the check and we can go from there. Don’t waste your money on this company. Don’t waste your time. Don’t buy into the gimmick of a warranty. Here is to hoping that 3 years after buying my mattress, I get a refund for a new one and didn’t waste my money. But I can assure you, I will make sure everyone knows this company is crooked and not true to their word!

Update: my $1500 mattress refund is now being given to mattress depot since it was marked defective. I was told that I do not get a refund and instead $500 off a new $1500-2000 mattress. What a complete ripoff. Shame on emerald for offering a warranty that they do not uphold.

UPDATE: Jeanette spoke with the general manager of mattress depot who said they will not be issuing us any sort of refund. Emerald home said that they will take care of us as customers on their end. And Jeanette processed the check for our defective mattress and we will have it next week.
All the moving parts of this and different stores and managers not chatting with each other to figure it out, Emerald home made it right!”

“Bought my sofa fro Paty furniture in December. Of course the day it was to be delivered my phone was acting up so we couldn't communicate to verify that I was home. With my work schedule and an ice storm blocking the progress I was worried that I wouldn't get the sofa in time for Christmas. The store managers worked with me and my wacky work schedule until finally on Christmas Eve their super efficient delivery crew dropped off my sofa-literally a Christmas Eve gift. Paty furniture has a good selection of beautiful furnishings, affordable prices and a dedicated staff. I will most certainly shop with them again. As you can see from the photo my new sofa is completely integrated into my world.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed looking through the store for a couch. The selection was enormous. A salesperson helped me and stayed on the same floor until she was called away. Before leaving she introduced me to another salesperson who stayed within eye contact when I had questions. I was looking for a particular style which she looked up for me. We looked at several and I found one that checked all my boxes. She wrote up the sale and set the delivery date. She was very helpful and I can't wait for my couch to be delivered!”
