βCool old school woodworking supply shop. The folks that work there enjoy the conversations so that's unique imho these days. I tend to learn something each time I'm in there. Good supply of tools, high quality and diversity of wood types and sizes from pen blanks up to furniture width exotic boards. Rikon tools seems to be their main tool type, while expensive is some of the best from what I understand. They have parking next to the store albeit not a ton of space but room for say 10 cars otherwise street parking.β
βAlways a great place for replacement tools. Excellent selection of disposable gloves and other single use tools. Definitely recommend the Inside Track membership, will save you $$ throughout the year.β

βNice & new build out of old existing building looks like new I side! As always Harbor Freight always has great prices, sometimes, the tools could be a little bit better with a better build quality so as to not go through as many tools but overall still great serviceβ
βI have to share what an amazing job the manager does at this store!! I am blown away with the customer service I received from Char today. My husband and I are shopping for a large tool box and she didnβt hesitate to help answer all our questions. As we walked through the store she stopped quickly to pick an item up and hang it in the right place. I can see why her store looks so good. Pride in the workplace!!! Thank you Char ?β

βArrow lumber & harware in Orting has never let us down. After running around to the other stores and failing to find what we needed. Arrow has come thru for us. Great customer service ! And itβs nice that they have propane filling available too!β

βMy wife and I decided to gift each other a Weber griddle for our anniversary (romantic, I know), and Iβm so glad I was able to purchase from our local Ace. They assembled for me and helped with loading it, since Iβm recovering from a recent surgery. The staff were super courteous, even when they found it necessary to remove the cover in order to fit it in my van.
You owe it to yourself to shop this store. WAY better experience than youβll ever get at HD or the big L. :)β

She goes out of her way to care for all of our business needs. Handy Andy Restore And Repair will only go to her!We visit the store weekly and she is always amazing!As a side note we prefer the material sold here. We have found them to be a higher quality and they produce a better finish.β
βThis is the best place to buy nuts bolts tools paint auto interior clips and much much more. Fair pricing over other businesses that may be similar. Family owned they aim to treat you right! Hard working curious wharehouse workers,!a big shout out to them all. Scale of 1 to 10 in my opinion a very strong 10.β

βI really like this store. The employees are helpful and able to help me find what I need. They are usually really well stocked especially for being a smaller location, which obviously they're not going to have everything. Their prices are also very reasonable, much better than other plumbing suppliers from comparison. When I compared pacific with another plumbing supplier they were 29 percent cheaper on ABS fittings, which is pretty significant.β
βNever had a bad experience here, staff have always been very helpful and pointing me in the right directions of new sales that I'm looking for that are on the end caps. Military discount is applied to most items, but not everything in store. I don't understand why numerous companies hand pick which items will get a Military discount and others will not, but it's not the end of the world. Have found the dedicated parking for veterans a BEAUTIFUL thing, as sometimes the place is packed and it saves me from having to walk extremely far to where I'm trying to shop in. I recommend this location as a place to shop, as you will always get/find what you need extremely quickly.β

βHOTDOG STAND ONLY!!!!! The only reason I come to this horrible place is for the hotdog stand upfront. They make a fantastic hotdog. I don't go in...just for the dogs. It's pricey but good.β

βLove love love. Friendly, helpful and great prices. Check out the clearance racks of plants, indoors and out. I have many many plants that needed some tlc and my home is beautiful ?β
βI enjoy taking my dog for a walk here although employees are no longer allowed to give treats. Other dogs in the store are usually well behaved.
Associates are friendly. There's a few that are knowledgeable and can help but not many if you want more than just the basic locations of items.
Only complaint is that more and more items are being locked up and hard to find an employee to unlock.β
βI am your average home owner who doesn't know too much about home improvements but I am glad I stopped by this store. I have some 2x4s on my fence that are dislocated and I want to fasten them back to the fence post, but didn't know what's the best way to do it. So I stopped by Ironmill and asked for recommendations which they freely gave and sold me the proper hardware to get the job done. Their hardware person even went through the trouble of locating a box of deck screws that are brown in color so that it will match the color of my 2x4s. Very impressed.Service is fantastic and this will now be my go-to store for any hardware I need.β

βWell, customer service was really good. And prices were relatively fair. I have noticed a difference when you go to areas of the store. And it seems that specialists, now that around do not know a lot about some of the products or how to use them or install them. Just seems like there has been a big drop in that knowledge in the store going on for the past few years. I'm not saying the store is not a good place to shop. And I'm not saying that the employees do not offer great customer service, but to lack of knowledge Or experience has shown compared to what it used to be.β
