“I am your average home owner who doesn't know too much about home improvements but I am glad I stopped by this store. I have some 2x4s on my fence that are dislocated and I want to fasten them back to the fence post, but didn't know what's the best way to do it. So I stopped by Ironmill and asked for recommendations which they freely gave and sold me the proper hardware to get the job done. Their hardware person even went through the trouble of locating a box of deck screws that are brown in color so that it will match the color of my 2x4s. Very impressed.Service is fantastic and this will now be my go-to store for any hardware I need.”

“Customer service was awesome! Free Popcorn, entered to win a Popcorn Maker, and got 60$ off a 200$ ace listed Dewalt Drill and Impact, charger and 2 batteries, and bits! This all after HomeDepot in Federal Way had just bait and switched me for the same deal which was $249 out the door for the same setup exactly once I got to the store.Also no long line of self checkout like Homedepot. “I really like this store. The employees are helpful and able to help me find what I need. They are usually really well stocked especially for being a smaller location, which obviously they're not going to have everything. Their prices are also very reasonable, much better than other plumbing suppliers from comparison. When I compared pacific with another plumbing supplier they were 29 percent cheaper on ABS fittings, which is pretty significant.”

“I have never received customer service as amazing as I did here at the Auburn, WA ACE Store.I had pulled into the parking lot to check for an address. I was pulling a little wheelchair trailer. As I was leaving part of the trailer was dragging on the ground. 4 men, drizzling rain, and close to 1 1/2 hrs of their time and efforts and I drove away with a functioning trailer. My total cost??? $0.00. It brought me to tears. I came from 2 1/2 hrs from home, a friend and myself, 2 women stranded without a clue as to what to do. Those 4 men in ACE HARDWARE in Auburn are my heroes.”

“This is the second time I’ve been here with a super good experience I forgot to share the first one from a while ago with a lady named MaryJo, that helped me pick out gardening stuff.Tonight I went in there and a guy by the name of Mike helped me. He recommended these two products, saying they worked for him, like overnight and they’re safe. I like it! I can’t stand the smell of red wine vinegar. I also like that even if there was self checkout (cuz I’m not even positive if they have it) but that there’s still a cashier available all the way til closing! (Unlike Safeway) ? also everyone seems very friendly”
