“I am so grateful for the folks at United Access in Sumner. When I urgently needed to procure a wheelchair van for my husband, they helped me first with a rental, then with a purchase. They went out of their way to make it easy for us during a very stressful and painful time. Everyone who works there is kind, and they truly want to help people.”

“Very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and provided a very good quote for all 4 tire's. This is definitely where I'll be getting all tire's and wheels from now on. Very happy with everything. New customer for sure. Eric”

“Went to pick up our rental car today and had such a great experience. From the woman who answered the phone when we first called (sorry I didn’t catch your name!), to Jace helping us with our check-in time, to Yeti making sure we left with a car that actually fit our needs, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I was a little worried about the car size since we have a toddler, and both Jace and Yeti took the time to make sure we were comfortable and situated with the right vehicle. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was being a hassle, but everyone reassured me that they were happy to help. Genuinely refreshing to experience such great customer service. People are usually quick to share when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure I shared when a team gets it right. Thank you all!!!”

“Making the reservation online was easy. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. Although they didn't have the vehicle I was looking to get. I was still very happy with the truck I received at the same price of the car I was quoted. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Dropping the vehicle off was very easy and took very little time. Overall 10 out of 10 for my experience and I would use Enterprise again in the future.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The van I wanted was dirty on the outside but I still wanted it so they gave me a car wash voucher. Van ran great and inside was clean and smelled fresh. I usually go to the airport but now I will be going to this Enterprise location!”

“To be completed upon return. So did return the rental, hassle free. Despite a glitch in the fuel display on the dashboard readout. After putting in 10.205+ gals. And driving a total of 313 miles with an a readout of 36.6 mpg ended up 30.67 mpg. Tank wouldn't hold anymore but the gage was still missing 2 markers to indicate full. Glad they wavered that and ended up with a happy client. Thanks Enterprise”

“I've rented from Budget/Avis in Puyallup multiple times. Between having my car in the shop and adult kids coming to visit, it's probably been about 5-6 times. They're down to earth people who try to help you get the best deal. They aren't fancy with fake smiles and have never tried to push anything I didn't ask for. They've been flexible and honest about all charges. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an easy rental car experience.”

“Shoutout to Lindsay for helping me out and making things right! We had issues with our van rental from another location and the 800 customer service was no help just told us to go to the nearest location. Lindsay was fast and efficient and switch it out. Thanks for saving us vacation time!”

“The sweet lady who was working was on lunch when we arrived to pick up our car. The site let us schedule for noon- which it shouldn't bc thats regular lunchtime for them. We knocked & she still opened the door & took care of us during her lunch break! We were very thankful not to wait to start our vacation & appreciate her alot! Also!! Do NOT schedule an appt @ noon so she gets her lunch ;-)”

“The manager, Max was awesome. I know truck rental companies can get torn up in the online reviews. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences in the past with other companies. We received a brand new 26ft truck in Utah and had nothing but a great experience. We were even able to bump up our rental period by one day. Max was flexible with us and very understanding. Thanks, Max and keep up the great work! ?”

“Excellent service and genuine customer care! My spouse and I visited for a rental, and we were truly impressed with the experience. Kelsey made the process smooth from start to finish, patiently answered all our questions, and made us feel valued as customers. Her professionalism, friendliness, and solution-focused attitude provided a very comfortable experience. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car — employees who care this much are rare to find nowadays. 👍🚗✨”
