“Went to pick up our rental car today and had such a great experience. From the woman who answered the phone when we first called (sorry I didn’t catch your name!), to Jace helping us with our check-in time, to Yeti making sure we left with a car that actually fit our needs, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.
I was a little worried about the car size since we have a toddler, and both Jace and Yeti took the time to make sure we were comfortable and situated with the right vehicle. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was being a hassle, but everyone reassured me that they were happy to help.
Genuinely refreshing to experience such great customer service. People are usually quick to share when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure I shared when a team gets it right. Thank you all!!!”

“Making the reservation online was easy. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. Although they didn't have the vehicle I was looking to get. I was still very happy with the truck I received at the same price of the car I was quoted. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Dropping the vehicle off was very easy and took very little time. Overall 10 out of 10 for my experience and I would use Enterprise again in the future.”

“To be completed upon return. So did return the rental, hassle free. Despite a glitch in the fuel display on the dashboard readout. After putting in 10.205+ gals. And driving a total of 313 miles with an a readout of 36.6 mpg ended up 30.67 mpg. Tank wouldn't hold anymore but the gage was still missing 2 markers to indicate full. Glad they wavered that and ended up with a happy client. Thanks Enterprise”

“I've rented from Budget/Avis in Puyallup multiple times. Between having my car in the shop and adult kids coming to visit, it's probably been about 5-6 times. They're down to earth people who try to help you get the best deal. They aren't fancy with fake smiles and have never tried to push anything I didn't ask for. They've been flexible and honest about all charges. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an easy rental car experience.”

“The sweet lady who was working was on lunch when we arrived to pick up our car. The site let us schedule for noon- which it shouldn't bc thats regular lunchtime for them. We knocked & she still opened the door & took care of us during her lunch break! We were very thankful not to wait to start our vacation & appreciate her alot! Also!! Do NOT schedule an appt @ noon so she gets her lunch ;-)”

We received a brand new 26ft truck in Utah and had nothing but a great experience. We were even able to bump up our rental period by one day. Max was flexible with us and very understanding.
