“We chartered three buses for a school trip from Kent, Washington to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. These buses were excellent, and the drivers were both friendly and professional. The buses were comfortable and even showed movies during the trip. There was lots of storage room in the compartments below, and surprisingly places to plug in computers and phones under the seats. Overall, we were really happy with this charter bus. It was also significantly less expensive than some other services we explored. I felt really safe with my driver. I would definitely recommend them, especially for school trips.”

“Went in for a damaged lift gate / hatch on my SUV. It wouldn't close properly and you could see day light from the inside. Very pleased with the work and the time it took. My insurance covered the issue, less my deductible. Overall their pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them for sure. Maureen”

“They came and picked me up just like the commercial. My mom is disabled and he didnt mind waiting a few extra min while I finished getting the two of us ready. And they made leaving with the rental so easy. My mom didn't have to get in and out of the car(she uses a wheel chair) they came out to us while all the paperwork was taken car of. They contacted the at faults party insurance Co for payment for vehicle coverage. Now they are covering the insurnace on the car while I have it. Saved me quite a bit of money. Thanks Enterprise YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND”

“Went above and beyond to do absolutely nothing. I rented with Hertz before in Auburn,WA , had a really great experience (Paul) and the staff were great at helping me out. Unlike the “manager” and lady who left just as issues began.I booked my reservation online without any issues as a Gold Member 2 hours ahead of time ($181.00 due at pickup) I needed to pickup my daughter from school. I take a Lyft from work to Hertz ($18.99 -10 min drive). The manager as he said he was unable to let me rent the car because everything had to be “paid for” with my credit card up front using only 1 credit card. I expected the $200 deposit had $300, was planning to pay the due amount at time of pickup with my debit card. This was not possible because the Computer was actually the manager, this older man was there to just click and say sorry there is nothing he can do.$81.00 could not be paid with cash or my debit card even though $300 was available for the deposit the computer could not allow such a thing to happen. $381.00 had to be put on 1 credit card. Which is not mentioned anywhere stating you cannot use a credit card for the deposit then pay what’s due with another form of payment.So as $181.00 is being processed I’m denied an available car because I’m” $81.00 “short on my credit card and My daughter gets out of school in 20 min. $300 available deposit to cover the car plus $181.00 to pay what’s due in cash or debit. “Sorry there is nothing I can do, the computer will not let me”. The manager says, so in urgency I book another Lyft ($27.99 -17min)to go get my daughter, arriving late. Then booking another Lyft ($19.73-14min) home, ($47.72 plus tips) it cost me not to mention being that late parent, all because the Hertz computer systems said no. Even customer service was useless but that’s another tale.So let this sink in, why are there even any humans at the Hertz rental facility when it’s the computer that’s in charge? Why can’t you use a credit card for a deposit and then pay what is due with cash, debit or a prepaid card?If you’re only capable of clicking a mouse, reading what is on a screen and saying, “sorry there’s nothing I can do l”. Then you serve no purpose and definitely should not be in a management position.Response: Oh yes I had such a great experience, that is why I wrote this small review explaining all the fun I had not renting a car. Also the joy had in spending over $50 to call a Lyft to get my daughter and go home. Not to mention being the late parent picking up a student. The disappointment your child has when they are waiting alone. Thanks for that Hertz owner. It’s even better that nobody cared to make it right. Still without a car and waiting for Hertz to cancel the reservation”

“This location recently reopened and they have really made some positive improvements. Paul at the front desk was extremely attentive and polite. Every car rental place within a 50 mile radius was out of cars for at least 2 more days and even 5 in some cases. Paul was able to get me in a newer reliable vehicle that same day, and actually immediately. I was even able to extend my rental be 5 days with no problem. I appreciate the ease of access and the stellar customer service. We will be renting from Hertz from now on. Thank you!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The manager, Max was awesome. I know truck rental companies can get torn up in the online reviews. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences in the past with other companies. We received a brand new 26ft truck in Utah and had nothing but a great experience. We were even able to bump up our rental period by one day. Max was flexible with us and very understanding. “I had a very difficult situation on a month to month long term rental I could not get handled through Avis' 800 line. I went to the Federal Way office and met Miriam who went way beyond the call of duty to help. She tried the 800 number as well and they could not help so she made it happen! Great customer service and what a great attitude! Highly recommend her and this location!”

“This was a truly awesome experience! The reservation was super simple through Expedia, they were not out of cars like Enterprise (even tho their website allowed me to reserve a car at that location). The agent at the front desk were helpful, everything went super smooth. Thank God I remembered I needed a credit card since most of my banking is done through all online banks. Such a pleasure to drive a newer, clean and inexpensive car to see & have dinner with my family including my 98 years young grandpa. To round everything out it was the easiest drop off I have ever experienced! Thank you Budget car rental! Super special thanks to the Meridian office in Puyallup, WA you guys are the best!”
