“This was my fourth stop on January 17th. I tried 3 different bike shops prior because my mini cycle pedal stripped the hole on the left crank.

Me being impatient, instead of waiting for the manufacturer to get back to me, I traveled through Tacoma and found this awesome shop. I brought my mini cycle in, showed them the problem and they immediately problem solved on the spot. They searched their stock for some kid's bike cranks. Swapped them out and even MacGyvered the crank with the chain part off, so it could work on the cycle and not grind into the machine.

Long story, short, these guys were awesome and I appreciate their customer service and expertise. For what they charged me, they are fair and reasonable. Thank you all so much for helping me, so I can continue my exercises ?”
