“Love this local bike shop with a real commitment to the community! The staff are usually very helpful. They provide great tune-ups, have an array of parts that they will help you sort through if needed, and are constantly turning out newly fixed, tuned-up, and built bikes.
I get my bike parts here and have purchased a couple of kids and adult bikes and they’ve even built a great custom bike for me. Although they seem to be getting away from that type of specialized service since the last time I was in, they weren’t willing to look in the back for the type of frame I’m looking for and indicated that they build what they build without special requests. That was a little disappointing. Regardless, supporting 2nd cycle is a great way to support your community, the environment, and a local business that provides so much for our community including lessons and workshops!”
“For my partner and I who are just starting to ride, Adriel was down to earth and very helpful in helping us get in the know about gear basics and local trails. Adriel helped us choose a good tire pump and other gear, and was very knowledgeable about the products—also suggested local trails to try out. We stopped by a second time and each enjoyed one of the free baked goods at the counter that his mom bakes. Best lavender lemon bar I’ve had!”
“I called about bike repair and they were very friendly and easy to bring the bike in. When I brought the bike in they immediately looked at it and came up with an idea of the issues. I was very happy with the ease of getting the bike in and the detailed information provided by the tech.”

“I like Trek Bicycle Tacoma North End because of its proximity and the quality of their work. I have confidence that periodic maintenance at their shop, and new parts when necessary, keep my aging bicycle in its best condition possible.”
