I had a bike shipped from another state to their store to assemble it and they were amazing from the first contact to me picking my bike up! The bike runs great and they were kind and understanding the whole way. Wes and the whole team there is great. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind!! I had remaining balance on a gift card from previous store that Trek bought and Trek honored it without question!
