The BMW Parts Department has received mixed reviews, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Customers have praised the Parts Department for its efficiency and effectiveness, although some expressed dissatisfaction with service managers, citing issues with competency. Several reviews commend the car buying experience at BMW Northwest, particularly when working with staff members like Trevor and Kim. Customers appreciated their friendly, personable, and non-pushy approach, which made the purchasing process enjoyable. Even those who typically dislike dealerships found the experience to be smooth and straightforward. However, there were mentions of long wait times in the finance department, with mixed feelings about the finance staff's demeanor. Loyal customers have shared their appreciation for the service department as well. One customer highlighted an instance of honesty when a service advisor, Dave Quinn, informed them that their brakes and rotors were still in good condition, opting not to charge for a diagnostic fee that wasn't authorized. This commitment to customer care and transparency has fostered loyalty among long-time clients. Overall, while the Parts Department operates effectively, experiences may vary based on interactions with specific employees and departments.
The Parts Department works perfectly, but I can’t say anything good about the service managers who accept the work. Maybe I got an incompetent employee.

We had a great experience purchasing a used car through BMW Northwest. We worked with Trevor, who was personable, friendly, and non-pushy. We reached an acceptable deal and felt that we received good service. I definitely recommend working with them if they have the inventory you are looking for.

Ordered a BMW and when it came in they were offering a low trade in compared to other dealers on the area. Not good business practices.
