βCame in here to buy a suit for my son. The first woman to help us wasnβt very friendly or informative. However another salesman, Keyari (forgive my spelling) took over and was amazing. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and easy. He had an answer to every question and solution for each of our requests. Give that man a raise! He deserves it!β
βThis location has been my favorite to visit by far, customer service has friendly and energetic faces that welcome you as you shop around the store, very clean very organized, first clothing store I have noticed always has a clean fitting room area , some of the staff like to talk bad about other staff loud and in front of customers like myself I witnessed this day of visit, but other then that enjoyed my shopping, my thanks to the cashier girl with the tats on the right arm she was awesome sorry I didn't catch your nameβ

βThanks for the great customer service. I had a return that I knew was a few days beyond the authorized period for exchange and return. I asked politely if the manager would accept the dress and shirt since I had just got back from a vacation. She listened politely and honored my request. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer throughout my adult life and I am so grateful that the exceptional care and respect continue.β

βGreat place to watch a ball game on a summer afternoon. I hold summit club tickets which have a couple places you can watch the game and enjoy unlimited beer/wine and snacks. Bob who works in the summit club is the best! Takes his job serious but is also fun to talk to. Bella (server) is also a great worker. She takes orders without mistakes and always has a smile on her face.β
βThis has to be the most amazing smelling candle I've ever had !! Sumatran Citrus,and the fact that when it's melted it because an incredible lotion is just unbelievable !!! Just having it open in my room smells incredible,and the lady working was really really nice.β
βI was impressed to see that Zumiez at the Tacoma Mall has stepped it up and added more female skater items! They also had an awesome sale going, and I got great items at affordable prices for the holidays!β

βShout out to Lali for helping me purchase jeans yesterday for my wife and I. I think I was in there about 20 minutes trying on 7-8 pair; and found the exact pants I wanted and two pair of jeans for my wife. Really enjoyed the experience. I have been there many times over the years, and will continue to pay for the most expensive, beautiful jeans just for the customer service. They were really busy and the manager kept their cool. There is respect between team members, lots of please and thank you. They even folded the jeans and put them in a bag neatly and walked around the counter to hand it to me. Thank you Lali and crew,

βKarina with a K was a horrible individual. I was so close to losing my cool, but for obvious reasons I canβt. But I was there twice over the last two days and I spent my childhood roaming these hallowed halls (when the Bon Marche was here), so I couldnβt let the incredible work of literally every other employee and the manager go unnoticed. Though Karina said βmay you have the holiday you deserve,β and I was briefly tempted to correct her error, the manager and the other regular staff helped me, my sister, my brother yesterday. Iβll call corporate separately about Karina, and speak to her about unprofessionalism, but this store is full of staff that cares, and that deserves to be celebrated, especially during the holiday season. Super props to the manager. As most people, Iβve shopped at H&M for years, and to grab gifts and fast fashion finds, but knowledgeable, kind staff take the experience to the highest level. Again, Karina was horrible, but literally every other team member was kind, informative and intelligent. Kudos to the management teamβ
βI travel a lot for work and very much do not enjoy shopping. However, this store changed my mind at least for the day. From the moment I walked in, the team was great, I was able to find a new pair of pants in my size quickly. Highly recommend this location!β
βEddie Bauer clothes are some of the best thought out and designed clothes. Especially their outdoor clothes. I am a huge fan of the new Evertherm down. If you layer with a base layer and a light mid layer, the Evertherm outer jackets will keep you warm through anything. The store itself here was great, with many of the clothes to try. I recommend the clothes here.β
βI found this little store nestled in the Proctor district a few years ago. So I wandered in and took a look. Today I came back. It's a cute little store where you can find some really nice designer items at good prices. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The store is always clean & presented beautifully. 2-18-2022β

βWhere do I begin! There was a line of about 12 people and only 2 individuals working. They were slow and continued talking to customers as if it were break time. The one girl was more interested in taking her break as if that were more important than getting your line down. When 2 other girls came up we assumed they were going to start ringing up customers. Wrongβ¦.One was talking about a day off and the other one let the one female who wanted a break go. 5 people got out of line because it was so slow. This is not good for business. Iβve been in retail and that is not the way to be. Get it right yβallβ

βMy granddaughter loves the clothes. Personally I think they look like second hand garbageβ¦ pulled straight out of the trash. But fashion is objective and I suppose my grandfather would think the same about my style.
The clothes were a gift and my granddaughter was definitely disturbed/delighted that I was able to predict her fashion choices.β
βI had a really pleasant experience selling clothing today - I showed up midday with a few items and left with far more cash than I had expected - start to finish I was at the store less than 30 minutes. Was a nice alternative to donating or trying to coordinate sales on something like βoffer upβ or marketplace. Staff was also really polite and professional!β

You always have great customer service, everybodyβs always super busy working hard, and you have a great selection and Iβve been shopping there for many, many, yearsβ¦.buuuuuutβ¦.Every once in a while, Iβll get a plastic price tag thread that has been shoved up into the seam of the collar of my Tshirt, and when I snap the tag off or the plastic thread holding the price tag, the top piece that breaks off gets stuck inside the seam of the collar, and after a while of wearing it, it will start to scratch or poke me in the neck, sometimes, not all the time, but when it does itβs super annoying lol, and you canβt get this little broken piece out of the collar seam without (being a Ninja) poking a hole in your shirt, stretching it out, or destroying the threads a little bitβ¦is there anyway that you guys could find a different spot to put the price tag? lol Probably not, but Iβm pretty sure Iβm not the only one whoβs been bummed out by this and itβs NOT a super big dealβ¦just a heads up. In the picture you can see where the plastic price tag thread goes up under the collar seam. When that top part of the plastic thread gets snapped off, that little plastic piece gets stuck up in the collar seam, and it can be sharp enough to poke through and scratch or poke your neckβ¦so annoyingβ¦lolβ¦I still gave you guys a FIVE STAR rating and I still shop there all the time ?βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ
