Upon checking out there was 5 to 6 associate hanging out at the register talking. I walk up and was not acknowledged and when noticed the associates played “no nose goes” to figure out who was going to help me. Very unprofessional.

PacSun Casey jeans was a last minute add to my teenager’s wishlist. Arrived at 11am only to find it hasn't opened yet, but online the hours say they open at 10am. Other stores in the mall are open. Not a sign posted explaining why the gate is still down and lights off at just PacSun.
