I was happy to see this convenient location open up/transform, but unfortunately the manager (I think) is a real Karen. Umpqua really doesn’t care about customer relations.

25 minutes to make a cash deposit..... pulled up to make a deposit and the lady at the window saw me pull in and walked a way.... then it took two more different ladys to complete my deposit. I was on my lunch break, frustrating

One teller in particular always seems to be busy when she isn't...even told me the next person in line isn't always next it's who is resdy...which was weird and rude...Made a in person custome wait upwars of 15 minutes while she made phone calls.
