We had an excellent experience at Umpqua Bank, thanks to Briana K.! She guided us seamlessly through the process of opening a campaign account, answering all of our questions with clarity and patience. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate her outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

When we asked if someone could notarize some documents, we were told only if we had an account. While I am on an account there, my husband isn't. It wasn't until after we sat down, and Briana called someone to figure out what the Umpqua policy was, that she informed us she couldn't notarize for him. It would have been nice for her to know the policy before wasting our time.
If you need a notary, don't waste your time going to Umpqua Bank unless you have an account.

Horrible customer service. Alyssa was the RUDEST most condescending teller I have ever encountered. I was receiving help from a different teller and Alyssa very rudely forcefully inserted herself into our conversation, proceeded to cut me off, was asking condescending questions about my personal life and would not allow the teller to assist me. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will be writing a formal complaint and switching banks. Clearly she is not cut out for customer service and needs ALOT more training.

I was happy to see this convenient location open up/transform, but unfortunately the manager (I think) is a real Karen. Umpqua really doesn’t care about customer relations.

25 minutes to make a cash deposit..... pulled up to make a deposit and the lady at the window saw me pull in and walked a way.... then it took two more different ladys to complete my deposit. I was on my lunch break, frustrating

One teller in particular always seems to be busy when she isn't...even told me the next person in line isn't always next it's who is resdy...which was weird and rude...Made a in person custome wait upwars of 15 minutes while she made phone calls.
