Imagine owning a company that specializes in shipping. Now imagine you advertise that you ship hazardous materials (batteries) at a specific location. Now imagine not having the correct labeling stickers for your packages and just expecting a layperson to know what labels need to be on a package (even though you're the supposed shipping expert). Congrats you imagined this FedEx. Just sell the stickers guys. You would make plenty of money and it would be super convenient for your customers.

I hate fedex so much. I have been waiting for a package today. I heard a vehicle out front and went outside on my porch at 11:03am. I saw the fedex truck and assumed they just showed up, so I waited for the driver to get out. The driver never got out and drove away. Then , the package was marked as undeliverable at 11:03am because no one was home.There was no knock, no ringing of my doorbell, and my security camera caught no one coming to my front door, and they left no tag. Think the driver was just extremely lazy and never got out of the truck and claimed no one was home. Tracking says I should be able to pick up the package after 5:30pm at this location. It better be there, it's a very expensive package. I don't want to have to wait around on Monday for them to redeliver just to have another lazy driver not come to the door.

Delivered my package to wrong apartment, took a poor picture with no identifiable markings to indicate it was even my doorstep, and to top it off the package went missing. This is Fedex's fault and responsibility.

They called me and said what we can do with your package sent back to shipper or you can send some one to pick it up if you ar not able,i gave all the informention for person who gonna pick my package up and when my person came in they refused to realize the package,nasty monopoly!

Went yesterday someone called and said i refused a package waiting 45 minutes to talk to a manger and even heard employees behind the door saying he don't know nothing and mocking me. They did not leave a door receipt and was giving me the run around and told me the manager was busy, then said he might have left for the day, then came back after 40mins and ask me to write my info down and called me by the wrong name first saying the manager was looking for my package but didnt have my info yet. For the last 20 mins i was there i kept asking for the manager name and employees name so i could just leave and call in about it because its been a long time. The guy who helped me at first wrote the same name twice on a paper and disappeared and then when i ask the woman for her name or employee number if she dont feel comfortable she snatched the paper out my hand and yelled at me I'm not giving you my employee number with other customers in the store who witnessed it. I have the other customer info and hope someone does something about the outrageous behavior displayed in this place. For being out in WA for a year first place i have gone to where I dont like service, attitude, or conduct of the people who work there at the front counter

please so not ship through FedEx smartpost, my experience was the worst shipping experience I have ever had from a shipping service. first the shipping date changed twice which is kind of ok because they who knows, things happen. but once the package reached tacoma, Washington, the package was delayed because of "weather". it was ala sunny day. then the next day it said it was out for delivery for 10 hours, finally a FedEx truck pulled into the driveway and it says package delivered. go outside and no package is there. the neighbors said that a FedEx truck pulled down the driveway and turned around not getting out of the truck. after trying the useless 1800gofedex number giving me the runaround saying that I could not speak to a representative and they have no more info about my package and hanging up, I went to she FedEx shipment center in Tacoma. they informed me the package was sent through FedEx smartpost and they didn't have any info on the package, they actually did a little bit of work and pointed me to a facility a couple miles down the road. after going to a window where I had to call someone on the phone and being transferred 3 times, someone finally said they would contact the driver and we would see someone in 10 minutes. the lady finally comes down and says the driver delivered the package to the USPS office. why would he drive down the driveway and mark the package as delivered? One thing I can't stand is being lied to and made to think everything is fine. I should have suspected something was off when the delivery date changed so much in a short period.

I highly recommend not using FedEx ground. They are a very incompetent company with morons working in thier facilities. When you catch their error they put you through the absolute ringer. They have done everything not to help me. In addition to having their call center in Mexico does not help either. On the internal side I’ve never met a supervisor who probably makes $28 try so hard to not help their customers. Their mistake was over $100. They’re Literally stealing my money!

if I could give zero stars I would. fedex has messed up my shipments multiple times, this one was the tipping point. I have a time sensitive package that was supposed to be overnighted with fedex and not only did they mess up the delivery address, but they also took another two full days to just get it to a fedex location NEAR ME. what should have been a 30 minute drop off at a closer location took TWO DAYS
