I ordered an item and nowhere did the ordering process tell me a signature would be required, so when my package delivery was attempted while I was at work, I had my package held at the facility. I walked in, simply gave my tracking number to the specialist and about 2 minutes later I received my package. Easy!

They accept FedEx ground & scooter\e-bike batteries as long as the battery info is on the box (like when it's in the original box it arrived in) Great customer service! Quick and easy drop off for my large Amazon return.
